Ruby stood in her room and sighed to herself as there was a knock at the door "yeah?" Ruby said as Claire walked in. Ruby looked to her mum and smiled as Claire asked over to her "I wanted to see that you were okay, you haven't been yourself lately" Claire said as ruby smiled. She knew that she had been distant and was trying to keep everything that had happened with Simon a secret. She knew that no one could find out, after all he was her teacher and He was her fathers best friend and he was engaged to be married. "I'm fine mum, I swear I'm just stressed over the exams I have coming up" she said as Claire looked to her and smiled "is that all?" "Mum, I promise it is" she said as Claire looked to her and smiled "if that's what's bothering you, I'm sure that your father can speak to Simon and see if he can get you to lay off" she said as ruby looked to her and frowned.

"No mum, it's okay I swear" she said as Claire looked to her and smiled. Ruby didn't want to talk to her father over Simon and she didn't want to them to talk of them. She was scared of anyone finding out how she was sleeping with her fathers best friend. "Okay, you better get going or you will be late" Claire said as ruby looked to her and smiled "yeah" ruby said as she grabbed her stuff and walked off. She didn't know what to do when it came to her and Simon, she knew it was bad but she also knew that she was hooked on him.

Later ruby got to school as Barry Barry walked over to her and smiled "hey rubs, it's good to see you" he said as she looked to him and smiled. He started to flirt with her as she spotted Simon across the yard. He looked to her and glared. He was jealous seeing her with Barry. He knew it was wrong but he didn't care, he wanted her all to himself no matter the cost. Ruby looked to Barry and smirked as she let him flirt with her. She didn't care, she knew it was annoying Simon and she wanted to prove to him that she had as much control over the whole situation that he did.

Later that day, ruby walked down the hall as she was grabbed and pulled into a classroom. She looked to see Simon and smirked as he looked to her "stay away from Barry Barry" he said as she looked to him and smirked "why?" She asked as he looked to her and smirked as he pulled her to him and leant in and kissed her "because you are mine" he said as he brushed his lips against hers as she wrapped her arms around his neck and he pulled her close. She smirked into the kiss, loving how he was easily jealous of her and Barry Barry.

Later that night, ruby got home from school and frowned as she saw her dad "daddy?" She said as she walked into the kitchen. He looked to her and smiled "hi princess" he said as he pulled her into a hug and smiled "why are you back early?" Ruby asked "I'm going out for a few dribbles with Simon later, he's a great guy isn't it?" Peter asked as Ruby looked to him and smiled. She knew he was her fathers best friend and was starting to feel guilty over it all and wondered how much longer she could keep on doing it for.
