Ruby walked into the kitchen and frowned as she saw Claire. She looked to her mum and saw that she was sitting at the kitchen table and smoking, something she had given up years ago

"why are you smoking again"

"because your father got that tramp pregnant, he wants us out and he wants to move her in here. I can't believe he would do this, he isn't the man I married" Claire said, ruby felt her heartbreak as she looked to her mum.

She had never seen her look so broken before, ruby hated to see her mum like this. Ruby walked over to Claire and smiled as she wrapped her arms around her and pulled her into a hug and smiled

"it's going to her okay, I promise" ruby said as she held her mum close as Esmè walked into the room with Darcie and frowned

"what's going on?" Esmè asked

"dads kicking us out, he's moving in with his pregnant tramp" ruby said as Esmè looked to her sister to her mum

"he can't kick us out, your pregnant and mums name is on the mortgage. I don't care what he says" Esmè said as ruby looked to gif sister and sighed knowing it wasn't going to be easy and questioning if their father would actually make them homeless for some tramp

Ruby got to school and stood in the hallway, she was Simon as he walked down the hall and over to her and smilee

"are you okay" he asked as she sighed

"I don't know" she said as he grabbed her arm and lead her into a empty classroom. He looked to her for a moment as he walked over to her and smiled as he pulled her into a hug and smiled. She rested her head into his chest

"I hate my dad" she said

"what happened" Simon asked as ruby wiped away the tears from her eyes and looked to him

"he got his tramp pregnant and is trying to move her in and kick us out, I'm pregnant and my mum has depression and I can't do it" she said as Simon smiled

"I'm so sorry but it will be okay, I know it doesn't seem like it but it will" he said as she looked to Him and smiled

"I'm sorry, but I have news" he said as ruby looked to him

"I got Sue to sign the papers, I'll be divorced soon and all be all yours and we will find a way so that we can be together" he said as she looked to him and smiled.

She hoped that he was right as right now everything felt as if it was impossible and she hated it all

Ruby sighed to herself as she sat in the common room. She rested a hand on her bump and sighed to herself as she saw Esmè who looked to her and smiled

"are you okay?" Esmè asked

"I'll be better if I knew if my father was making me and my baby homeless, he can't do this to us" ruby said as Esmè walked over to her and sat next to her and smiled

"and he won't, I will make sure of it. We are staying where we are and it's all going to be okay" Esmè said as ruby looked to her and smiled.

Ruby had no idea just how Esmè was about to start a war with their father and it wasn't going to be pretty
