Ruby sighed as she looked to her phone as it rang. She saw it was Simon and ignored the call. She sat up and moved over to the edge of her bed and sighed as she ran her hands through her hair and sighed. She knew that she was avoiding him. Ruby knew it was all a mess and that it was only going to be a matter of time before the truth of them came out. Ruby knew how her father would react. She knew peter wouldn't be happy knowing his best friend has been sleeping with his daughter. Ruby didn't know what to do, he was getting married and she knew that she couldn't stand back and attend a wedding especially when he was coming to her and sleeping with her any chance he got. Ruby knew hay she was falling in love with him and she was completely and utterly terrified as she didn't know what she could do.

Ruby got dressed and walked down to the kitchen and smiled as she saw Claire. Claire looked to her daughter and frowned. She didn't know what was going on with ruby. She knew ruby wasn't herself. She knew that she was distant and seemed withdrawn and wasn't true bubbly, lively girl that she seemed to be. "Are you okay" Claire asked as ruby looked to her and smiled "I am fine, I'm just tired haha all. Where's dad?" She asked as Claire looked to her and smiled "he and Simon went for coffee, Simon wanted to discuss best man business with him for the wedding, isn't it exciting" Claire asked as ruby nodded "awesome" ruby said. She was hurt and couldn't bare the thought of him marrying another woman. She was in love with him and wanted him and knew deep down he might not choose her over sue.

Later that day, ruby got to school and glared as she saw Simon with sue. She was annoyed and felt her stomach turn. She hated it. She hated being the other woman. Ruby went to walk off as he walked after her. He caught up to her and grabbed her arm as she pulled away from him and glared "don't touch me" she said as he looked to her and frowned "what's up with you" he asked as she looked to him and rolled her eyes "you need to make a decision between me and her as I won't be the other woman and not on the side, it sucks" ruby said as he looked to her and nodded.

Ruby sat in a field later that day, she had skipped school. She grabbed a bottle of vodka and started to drink from it. Ruby wanted to forget everything, it was driving her insane and she wanted to forget it all. Ruby took a sip of the vodka and sighed as she felt the buzz of it hit her. Simon walked towards her as she groaned to herself. He grabbed her arm and pulled her up as he took the bottle from her "what the hell" he asked as she looked to him and rolled her eyes "what are you going to do sir, tell my father" she spat "I bloody well am" "maybe I'll tell him some things too" she said as he looked to her and sighed "I'll go to jail and loose my job if you do that" "your only using me why should I care" ruby spat as he looked to her annoyed "no, im not. Im in love with you" he said as she looked to him for a moment and sighed "well I'd say it's make your mind up tone, wouldn't you?" Ruby said as Simon nodded knowing he had a decision to make.
