(Nebula's P.O.V)
After I had got what I needed to cook dinner, me, Bones and Jones walked back to the apartment. They helped me carrie my bags as we walked back home. "Thanks you guys. I really appreciate it." I said as we walked in the building. I was really thankful that God had given me two good friends.
"It's not a problem Nebula. We're happy to help anytime." Jones said. We stept into the elevater and I pressed the highest number.
"What floor do you guys live on?" I asked.
"We live on the top floor as well." Jones answered. We reached the top floor and stept out.
"My apartment is just over here." I said as I walked down the hall.
When I went around the corner I saw Mr. Anderson carrieing an arm full of bags. He was about to drop one of them, so I ran over to catch it before it fell to the floor. I cought the bag just in time. "Would you like some help Mr. Anderson?" I asked as I gave him the bag that he dropped. He looked at me and smiled breafly.
"That's very kind of you Nebula, but I think I can handle it myself. Thank you anyhow." Answered Mr. Anderson. I smiled at him and walked over to my door. The two boys looked at me as I walked back over to them.
"Why are you looking at me like that?" I asked as I got out my key and unlocked the door.
"Mr. Anderson was really nice to you. He's normaly so grummpy with anyone who trys to help him." Jones answered. I unlocked the door and went inside.
"You can put the bags on the kitchen table." I told them as I took off my coat and hung it up.
"Okay." Jones said as he and Bones went to the kitchen. I followed them after I put my backpack down by the hallway entrens.
"Thanks again for helping me carrie those bags." I said as I started putting them away.
"It's not a problem Nebula. Like I said before, we're happy to help anytime." Jones said as I had my back turned to them. I turned back around and the look on their faces told me they had something to say.
"Is there something you need to tell me?" I asked a little worried about what it was.
"Well..... Bones and I were wondering if you would like to a part of our Out Cry group?" Jones asked a little nerves. I didn't quite understand what he was saying.
"I don't really understand what your asking me Jones. What does your Out Cry group do?" I answered.
"We're a Chrsitain group that helps out churches, Nursing homes, big city events and gest pastors that come into town. We do fund raisers and street ministry." He answered. I didn't know that they were Christains.
"I had no idea you guys were Christain too! I'll have to talk to Joshua about it first, but yeah, I'd like to a part of that." I said exitedly. Jones smiled and Bones gave me a small soft smile. After they had writen their cell phone numbers down they went to thier seporate apartments. I finished putting away the groshries, and started on my homework while a roast was in the oven.
(Joshua's P.O.V)
I had a few minutes to call Nebula and tell her I was going to be late coming home tonight.
"Hello."
"Hey Nebula. I was just checking on you. Are you home yet?" I asked. I was worried about her walking by herself in a new town.
"No. I'm still walking. My gym class ended a little later than I thought. I'm at least 30 Minutes away from home still." I'm still worried about her. "But I'm not walking alone. Two of my new friends are walking with me. They live at the same appartment building as us." She said. I'm glad she made some new friends already, and that she's not walking alone.
