The next morning, I was awoken by Niel's voice. "Master," he whispered softly in my ears. I shoved him aside. Hoping he will stop bothering me.

Niel whispered again while poking my nose with his paw, "Master."

"No..." I groan and pull the sheet over my head.

"MASTER!" Something lands on my face

"Niel!!" I shriek and sat up straight after Niel jumped onto my face. He looked at me innocently. "Good morning Master," he smiles before licking my face.

"Morning Master." Morufu comes afterwards. The cute mushroom greets me while climbing up my shoulder.

"Oh my god Niel, would you stop waking me up like that? Jumping on top of my face?" I groan before rubbing my tired eyes.

"Someone was at the door," he tells. "And she was looking for you according to her voice and her tone," Morufu adds.

"Oh?" I yawn before stretching my whole body. "Good morning Niel, Morufu," I greet them next.

"How about me?" Z pouts like a child. She is asking me as she was levitating at my eye level with her original form.

"Morning Z." A short sigh followed after I push her aside gently. Then I got off of my bed. She grins from ear to ear because I greeted her. Because she never gets a compliment nor a greeting from me. If she got one the chances are one in a million.

Walking towards the door I twist the knob. "Your Master is waiting for you, young apprentice." The lady from before informs me. I look at my right and my left. "1 hour. That's all I need," I tell her. She gives me a nod before leaving the front door. Closing the door, I instantly order my guardians and Z. "Don't let them find you, especially you, Z. Be stealth as possible and never get out of this room. Got it?"

"Yes, Master," Niel and Morufu nod.

"Aye, sir!" Z salutes, imitating Happy from Fairy Tail. God, I love that anime and manga

...1 hour later...

"Sorry I'm late Master," I apologize right after I had arrived at the entrance of the library.

"Better provide me with a good reason." His stern voice demands as he closed his book which he was reading.

I gulp. "I... Overslept," I nervously give him my answer. Or a lie

He sighs. "Alright. Now on to your next training," he begins, "Today you're going to learn about making a portal using this ring." He brought out a two-finger ring. 'Iz da sling ring,' I gasp in excitement. Can't contain the happiness, a grin crept across my face.

"Before we get started, tell me what is this mystical object," he gave me the ring. "It's a sling ring!!!!" I squealed right after I received it. "We can travel from one point to another or throughout the multiverse." Then I look up at my Master. "Just excited," I sheepishly smile.

"Wow," he was in awe, "You've done your homework I presume."

"You could say that," I slid the ring into my fingers. "So, how do I make one?"

"First," he begins again, "hold your hand upright." He held up his right hand and I did the same. Leering his eyes at my direction he continues, "while the other hand make a gesture of a circle. Like so." He starts the demonstration.

Soon, a portal pop up leading straight to New York Sanctum. "Woah," I gasp in wonder. "After I had shown you, make me a portal," he asks me. I give him a nod and start practising it.

I tried and I tried and no, only sparks was I managed to make. "Come on, come on, " I whisper under my breath. And I'm still failing at making one. Groan out of frustration, I look at my Master. Hinting that I need his guidance. "I've been through much worst," he told me.
