"I want to take you on a date." The Maori spoke as he walked up to the counter.

It had been a few weeks since the two had seen each other. After Luke's little meltdown or whatever you want to call it, the two hadn't seen each other. Luke asked for a little space after that and so Calum gave him exactly what he wanted. He stayed away waiting for a message or something from Luke, but nothing ever came. Calum respected Luke's wishes and fully understood where he was coming from, but he wanted Luke to know that he wasn't giving up on him. He couldn't stay away from the blonde boy any longer. So, that was why he was now standing in front of Luke, on the other side of the counter. He had called Casey and asked where the boy was, as soon as Casey told Calum that Luke had been at work, he immediately made his way over to the familiar cafe.

"Y-You-" Luke stuttered out, not finishing his sentence. The blonde boy was a bit confused, after recent events his mind and his feelings were all over the place. He had to turn Calum down after everything that happened yesterday, he couldn't say yes to Calum. It made Luke feel guilty as he remembered the events that took place yesterday.

'   Luke was confused when he heard what Ashton had said. At first, he didn't realize it had been the older that spoke and he smiled immediately, but after he turned around and saw the boy, there was fright in his eyes.

"A-Ash.." The blonde spoke softly as he walked up to the older.

Ashton was just smiling and looking around "Not now Luke, I'm calling out for someone." He spoke, but no one seemed to notice the words he spoke, no one except Luke. It took but a minute for Ashton to realize what was going on. The older immediately grabbed Luke's arm and pulled him outside.

"Is this a joke?" Ashton question as they got outside.

"W-What? n-no why-why would I even..No it's not a joke Ashton. I didn't know I was talking to you either." Luke claimed a bit angry that Ashton would assume he was playing a joke on him.

"Prove it," Ashton said.

"What?!" Luke grumbled. "Ugh, you know you are really a pain. You want proof, Here!"Luke exclaimed and shoved his phone against Ashton's chest. The boy had opened up the app, specifically their messages.

Ashton sighed as he read through the conversation.

"Look, I'm sorry. I just-"

"It's fine. I wasn't expecting you either." Luke interrupted.

"So..what now?" Ashton questioned.

The two boys decided to go to a different cafe and talk. It was the least they could do. They had been there for a few hours now just talking and joking around. It was the most they ever spoke to one another. Usually, the two really didn't get along, more so Luke didn't like Ashton because he thought he was a player.

"You should have seen the look on your face when you saw me. " Luke laughed.

"Yeah yeah, whatever." Ashton laughed.

The two were sat on a couch in a nice quiet cafe. They drove at least an hour to find it, but they didn't want anyone to see them. They felt like they were doing something wrong by hanging out, by laughing and talking. Luke learned a lot about Ashton that he didn't know and Ashton found out things about Luke. The two had gotten pretty close. Neither had realized that they had been sitting close to each other, close enough that their thighs were touching. If anyone besides the barista was in the cafe it would look like they were a couple by how they were acting. The two didn't realize nor did the barista as she was to busy on her phone. No one noticed how the two went from talking to laughing and from laughing to kissing. Neither took notice in how they slowly grew closer to the other nor had they realized that their lips were about an inch apart. They didn't realize, not even as they were kissing, not as the kiss progressed did it occur in their minds of just who they were kissing. It took the ring of the bell, hung just above the door to go off for them to realize what they had done.

-------

"Luke I know you're mad, but please just listen to me," Calum practically begged. "I don't know if you're mad because of the kiss or-"

"What?"

"I said-"

"No...uh, I heard what you said. Uhm I-I've gotta go we are very busy today." Luke claimed.

"But Luke-" Calum tried to get his attention but the blonde had already made his way into the back. They hadn't been busy at all, in fact, Calum was the only one there that wasn't a worker.

The raven-haired male sighed as he gave in and left.

Meanwhile, Luke was in the back practically cursing himself out. The boy sent a text to a certain boy, before getting back to work.
