Same Cal...same <3
{Sorry in advance}
"Hello, welcome to 'Lone Peak Eats', my name is Michael and I'll be your server today. What can I get you guys to drink?" Michael asked for the tenth time that night.
He quickly took the table's order, writing it down on his notepad before walking back to the kitchen.
"Hey Mike, How's it going?" Sable, the restaurants cook and also the only person at work who is nice to Michael.
"So far, pretty slow. I just want to go home already." The boy sighed, he grabbed the cups that were now full of the sodas for his table.
"Are you guys ready to order or do you still need a few more minutes?" The boy asked softly, placing the cups down carefully.
There was only one time that Michael accidentally spilled a drink on someone, he felt really bad.
Luckily that customer was very understanding, she wasn't even mad at him.
The table asked for a few more minutes, so Michael walked back into the kitchen area.
"So how's your relationship." Sable winked.
She was the only one at work that new of Michael's relationship and honestly, that's how he wanted to keep it.
"It's going really good. Oh! Luke," Michael giggled as he remembered the words the now blonde boy said.
"Luke said that he loved us." A soft blush made it's way to his cheeks as he spoke.
"You're kidding? Oh my gosh, that's so cute! Did you guys say it back?" Sable flipped the patties that she was cooking.
Michael looked down at his shoes "I really wanted too...but it's just-"
"Michael! Get back to work." His boss yelled at him as he walked by.
The boy apologized before getting back to work.
Michael made sure not to slack off or talk to Sable anymore, at least not while he felt eyes on him.
He knew it had to be his boss, the man had been out for him ever since he started working there.
At the end of Michael's shift, he was left with only one table which made it a little easier for him.
Not to mention, the hostess told him there was only one person.
Now he just hoped that the said person wouldn't take their time in ordering or eating.
He really didn't want to be there anymore and if he didn't need the money, he would have quit by now.
"Hello, my name is- ...w-what are you d-doing here?" Michael stuttered out.
"What do you mean? Can I not check up on my boyfriend?"
"You- w-we aren't a thing anymore." Michael was shaking, he really hoped that Anthony wouldn't show up again, but of course, nothing ever seemed to go his way.
The boy looked around, he didn't see his boss anywhere around and so he took his chance.
Michael sprinted away to the bathroom, he went into the nearest stall and quickly pulled out his phone.

"What should we do for dinner tonight? "
"Hmm what about-"
Ring
"Hey love what's- Michael, what's wrong. Take a deep breath, I can't understand you while you're crying hon. Yeah, yeah we're on our way now. Just stay where you are, okay?" Luke's heart raced, the minute he heard Michael cry, he knew that at that moment he would do anything he could to prevent the boy from ever crying again.
