He'd promposed to her a few minutes ago, and she'd said yes excitedly. "There's... something else I want to tell you," he said after a moment.
"Mm?" She touched his cheek. "And what's that?"
He leaned into her touch. "We've been dating a long time and I've been thinking and.... I know what I feel when I see you. I love you."
She panicked. "I-I-I have to get out of here!"
He grabbed her arm. "What? What's wrong? I'm sorry, I'm sorry!"
She forced her breathing to go back to normal. "It isn't... you know. It's just, you probably expected me to say that, too, but... I want to love you. I just don't know how."
He gave a mischievous grin. "I don't mind waiting until you figure it out. Really." (A/N I'M WILLING TO WAIT FOR IT! WAIT FOR IT, WAIT FOR IT, WAIT FOR IT I AM THE ONE THING IN LIFE I CAN CONTROL!!! WAIT FOR IT! I had to. I'm not sorry.)
