|| Rylee's POV ||

I sent out the text and then looked up at Jc again and slightly nodded my head.

Oh shit, he's going to be so pissed at me.

"I'm not mad at you." He said, grabbing my hand.

"How did you?" I asked, completly confused on how he knew what I was thinking.

"Ry, you're really easy to read." He said laughing a little bit.

Oh, this could be bad.

"That isn't a bad thing" He said laughing more

I guess my reaction was pretty visable.

"But, going back to the text. You can not tell them okay?" He said sternly.

I nodded my head.

Maybe I can't tell them, but I can always leave them hints.

"Rylee, you have to promise me, you can not tell any of the girls about this, you  can't let them find out or anything like that." He said holding out his pinky finger.

Damn it, he knows how I feel about promises.

I NEVER break my promises. Ever.

"Jc, I uh." I said not knowing how to respond.

"Please, Rylee."

I look up at him, giving in, as I reach my pinky finger and wrap it around his.

"It wasn't cool to pull the promise thing on me." I said angerly.

"I had to do what I had to do, we can't let them know. Okay?"

"Ya, sure, okay." I said the annoyence visible in my voice.

"Maybe okay will be our always." He said

I turned to see his mouth curved into a smirk.

"You did not just quote The Fault to me." I said.

He just smiled, obiously proud of himself.

Suddenly, all at once, everyone ran through the front door. Some were out of breath and others looked completely panicked.

Jc and I both stand up, startled by the random stampede.

"Hey girls, can I talk to the guys alone please?" Jc asked us.

We all started walking outside but Jc grabbed my arm and spun me around so I was looking at him.

He held up his pinky finger to me and nodded, a stern look in his eyes.

I only nodded back and turned to follow the girls outside.

Once we were all outside, I turned and shut the backdoor. The second I did I was surrounded in many different variety's of questions.

"Guys, calm down please!" I shouted over their voices.

After everyone shut up, Hunter spoke up.

"What the hell is the problem here?" She asked.

"Ya, what was up with your text?" Calyssa asked

They have no idea.

Shit.

"Guys I...I can't tell you, I'm sorry." I said looking down at my shoes.

"Wait, so you had us all run home so you, 'can't tell us' something?" Sabrina asked.

"Well no, see this thing happened. Well not exactly, I saw this thing I wasn't suppose to see and so I was going to tell you all what happened but Jc made me promise not to tell." I said, finding it really hard to explain.

"Then what was it?" Wendy asked.

"I can't tell you, I promised."

"So?" Samy said.

"You guys all know how I feel about promises, I don't break them, I really am sorry." I said

|| Jc's POV ||

All the guys came in and sat on the couch as the girls walked outside.

"If this is about the text, I don't think it was that big of a deal." Trevor said.

"It's kinda about that." I said, trying to find a way to say it.

"Well, spit it out would you?" Sam asked.

"Rylee saw the text." I said look up at their faces.

It seemed like every drop of blood just fell from all of their faces, as they seemed completely pale.

"Fuckin shit." I heard Kian whisper from under his breath.

"But, she promised me that she wasn't going to tell any of them, so I think we are okay." I said, hoping to make them less worried

"Okay, but they still might find out on their owns." Ricky said.

"So what. We can keep it a secret for now, but soon but, I'm sure everything will be fine." I said.

"But I-" Kian started but just changed his mind.

"What?" I asked him.

"I just don't know if she feels the same way." He said scratching the back of his neck.

"I bet she will, eventually." I said, giving off a smile.
