"Why did you really try to take over New York?" I asked Loki. He glared at me and softly growled.
"You shall never ask me that question or any other question that is related to that topic." he snapped at me. I smirked.
"Seems I've struck a nerve." I repeated what he said earlier in the conversation. He growled lowly at me.
"Do not mock me either. I am a god, you m-" I cut him off.
"Blah blah blah. I know what you were going to say and I don't like it. Blah blah blah. You are a 'god' and if I keep doing this you will 'kill' me. I can mock you if I want. You're a prisoner in there and I'm free out here. I'm not going to mock you though because I. Want. Answers." He looked at me baffled.
"You have the courage to stand up to me, I'm impressed. Now what answers, that are not related to New York or my family history, do you want from me?" he asked plainly.
"Ok, no New York or family history, got it." I paused thinking of a question. "How come you get angered so easily?" I asked and he chuckled softly.
"Well for one, Thor, because he's an idiot. Two Odin said Thor and I were equally likely to get the throne but he lied, Thor was always going to get the throne. Three I was lied to my entire life and no asking what I was lied to about." He answered truthfully and I nodded.
"Why is Thor so idiotic?" He bursted out laughing.
"It's because he has such a thick skull that there's barely enough room to fit your fist." I laughed at his answer. I was about to ask him another question but in heard voices.
"Get in your cells!" A voice commanded. I shot my head in the direction of the voice to see prisoners and guards coming towards me. I got up and hid behind a pillar that kept Loki's cell together. I still had Mjölnir in my hand. I was freaking out because I wasn't supposed to be down here. I closed my eyes shut and I heard the voices get a little softer. I opened my eyes to see Loki right in front of me dumbfounded. I was confused until I realized the walls of the cell were around me. My heart stopped. I was in Loki's cell.
"Hide." was all he managed to say. I was confused by what he said until I heard the guards getting closer. I his under his bed with Mjölnir by my side.
"Loki!" I heard Thor's voice shout. "Where is she?" he asked.
"The pathetic mortal? She ran off. Don't ask me where she just ran." Loki replied. I heard Thor growl and then leave. "You can come out now he's gone." I slid out from underneath the bed and stood up. I saw him watching me with curiosity.
"Why are you staring at me?" I asked.
"You have magic and able to carry Mjölnir." he stated.
"So what are you saying?"
"You're not a Midgardian. You're an Asgardian." I froze and stared at him.
"How am I an Asgardian wen I was born and raised on Midgard?" I asked as calmly as I could.
"How old are you in Midgardian terms?" I hesitated at answering.
"I just turned 14." His jaw clenched and his body tensed up. "What?" he didn't reply. "Tell me!" I shouted an he took a deep breath.
"You can't be." he muttered and I tensed up. 'What does he mean by that?' I thought.
