It was Friday, Grace's favorite day of the week. It meant that it was the last day of school for this week and she could sleep in and watch gossip girl on netflix.
She slowly got herself out of her bed and grabbed whatever clothes were on top of the pile beside her bed and brought it into her bathroom. She took a quick shower knowing that Michael would be over soon to get her.
She didn't put makeup on because well, she really didn't care and Michael always told her she looks better without it.
She quickly ran downstairs after she was done getting ready and sat down on the bottom stair trying to catch her breath. Once again, she's not very athletic.
She saw Michaels black skinny jeans and his black boots outside the door so she pulled herself up, grabbed an apple and walked out the door without saying bye to her parents.
Michael seemed to be in a much better mood. He also had a different hair color.
"Michael did you really have to dye your hair again?" Grace sighed. She secretly loved the color but she'd never tell him. She didn't want him to go bald.
"Yes I had to! I saw on Calum's Facebook profile that he liked the color purple so here I am with purple hair."
"Michael you know Calum isn't gay right? And also, don't change yourself to make someone like you, they should like you for you. Even if you do bald at age 20." Grace thought what she said was hilarious and started laughing to herself. (literally me)
Michael sighed, "Yeah I know I know Calum's just really attractive and all I can't help it okay!"

Michael and Grace walked into their first block. Science.
Michael explained to Grace how nervous he was to see Calum again after what he said by mistake the other day but Grace kept assuring him that he forgot about it and moved on.
As the two walked into class Grace tripped over Luke's foot and banged her right hip into the corner of the desk. Luke just chuckled and went back to talking with his friends. Probably about football and how their game next weekend will be "bomb."
Michael looked like he wanted to punch Luke and all of his stupid friends out, but him and Grace both knew that it was impossible so they both just walked away.
"God I fucking hate Luke, what happened to him? He was so nice to us before he got all popular and all." Grace said.
"Anyone will do anything for popularity."

The rest of the school day was boring and seemed like it would never end. When that final bell rang for the week Grace and Michael jumped out of their seats and ran out of their math class as fast as they could.
They went to Michael's locker since Grace was too lazy to go to her own to put her things away.
Just as they were about to leave Calum and Ashton walked over to them. "Hey do you guys want to go out and get something to eat and maybe talk about our project?" Calum asked.
"Are you sure you want to go with us? We're not really considered very cool and well, you guys kinda are and I just-"
Before Grace could finish her sentence Michael butted in and looked at Calum right in the eyes.
"We'll be there"
