Chapter XVI: Badass pt.1

Hurricane's Point of View

Pagkatapos naming magpahinga ay bumalik na kami sa aming mga sasakyan.

Trinity and I decided to change our seats so yeah,I'm with my brother while she's with Ford.

Hindi na naka angal sila Ford dahil sinabi naming kung hindi sila papayag kaming dalawa ni Trinity ang magsasama sa isang sasakyan.

I wore my earphones with my Ipod and played some tunes

With December comes the glimmer on her face
And I get a bit nervous

I started to enjoy the song so I tapped my fingers,following the melody

"Hey can you share that song you're listening into?Ang tahimik na nga nag earphones ka pa" angal ni Kuya "Ang dami mong sinasabi,ito na nga diba tatanggalin na" asik ko naman pabalik

Nagkatinginan muna kami ni Kuya bago sinabayan ang chorus ng paborito naming kanta noon

"It's a good thing that we're now braver,stronger,wiser and lighter whenever we are having conflicts in our lives.It's a good thing that we're now in good terms,sister" Kuya suddenly said

"It is indeed a good thing.Thank you,Kuya" I said as I smiled at him."Ang bilis ng panahon.And I spent all of it without you,I'm sorry Hurricane.Sorry for realizing that I shouldn't have treated you like that.Sorry for treating you like a stranger.It's just that when you strated to get weak Mom and Dad's attention were all focused on you.There we're times that Dad scolded me because I kept on teasing you back then.You got weaker everyday,It was my enrollment for college that year and because of you I decided to take med.I studied hard with the goal of having the power to cure my sister.I studied hard to gain Mom and Dad's attention.I studied hard to make Trinity proud.But studying hard made me forget you.Studying so hard made me forget my goal.Studying so hard made you a stranger to me.I got Mom's attention,I told her all my sufferings that's why she became cold towards you.I'm sorry for being a jerk sister,all I wanted was to help you but I did too much and hurt you more."

Kuya Tyler explained and a tear left his eyes.

I haven't noticed that I was also crying.

I took some tissues and wiped off my tears "All you wanted was to help me,but you over reached your goal.You achieved greater than that.Naging doctor ka,pero nung nakamit ko na yung pangarap mo hindi mo na alam yung sunod mong gagawin.You were too focused on your goal,you didn't noticed that you already have the trophy in your hands yet you slip it off.You don't have to apologize,because all of us have done mistakes in our lives.But your mistake is meaningful."

I replied and we smiled at each other

Ford's POV

We're driving ahead of Tyler's colorado.

Trinity's already sleeping and its almost 5:00 in the afternoon but where still a bit far from our destination.

The sun is starting to hide from us,maganda ang tanawin at halos wala kaming kasalubong its a perfect spot for some photography.

I took my walkie talkie and spoke unto it

"Guys lets stop here for a bit,I wanna capture this beautiful view.I wanna capture some memories" I said "Copy that" Hurricane replied.

Wait was she crying?

Napa iling nalang ako at itinabi na ang sasakyan ko,sinimulan ko nang gisingin si Trinity pero sa maayos na paraan "Dude wake up,baba muna tayo" Agad din naman siyang nagising kaya naman bumaba na ako ng sasakyan at ipinagbukas si Trinity ng pintuan.

Napangisi siya kaya naman napailing nalang ako "Such a gentleman huh?" She said "Shut up" Nakababa nadin ang magkapatid.

I walked towards Hurricane

"Did you cried?What happened?Did Tyler fucking hurted you again?" I asked her "Whoah,calm down bro.We only talked,a sibling talk actually.Stop over reacting" Tyler defended and he already walked towards Trinity."Im fine,Ford you don't have to worry" she said.

I held her hand and walked towards the center of the road.

Hurricane's POV

Hindi din kami gaanong nagtagal sa pagkuha ng mga litrato dahil baka may dumaan ng mga sasakyan.

I'm now back at Ford's passenger seat nagsisimula nang dumilim pero ang liwanag parin ng ngiti ni Ford "You look so dumb,babe" I told him "Can't I smile?Hahaha" he said

"Malayo pa ba tay-"

"Fuck it!"

"Shit!"

Hindi ko na naituloy ang sasabihin ko dahil napapreno nang biglaan si Ford "What the hell is wrong with you?" Maya maya pa ay may nagsalita sa walkie talkie

"Ford,what the fuck?Natutulog ako dito tapos pe preno ka nang biglaan?!" Angal ni Trinity "Bro ano ba'ng nangyari bakit kung maka-preno ka parang naka kita ka ng multo?!" Sigaw naman ni Kuya.Kinuha ni Ford ang walkie talkie niya bago siya nagsalita

"Look,I'm sorry its just that may babae sa harapan it looks like she's asking for some help.Nasiraan yata" Napatingin tuloy ako sa harapan at may babae nga and she looks like a slut.

"Hurricane bababa lang kami ng Kuya mo baka makatulong kami" he said and talked to Tyler

"Bro bumaba ka na diyan tingnan natin kung may matutulong tayo sa kanya"

He said and Kuya responded to it.

Ford was about to open his door but I talked to him with a serious tone "Don't you dare to touch any part of that woman's body,Martinez kung ayaw mong bumaba ako sa sasakyan na'to" napatawa siya

"Jealous huh?Don't worry I won't do that" He said and winked at me.He got off the car but Trinity showed up

"Whoah,bakit nandito ka?"

Tanong ni Ford

"Para naman may susuporta kay Hurricane kapag may lumandi na sa inyo" Sabi ni Trinity at tuluyan nang umupo sa drivers seat
"Trinity wag pasaway baka mapaaway pa kayo ni Hurricane" sabi naman ni Kuya

"We're not even doing anything,don't over react guys.We're badass not demons"

I said and winked at them before Trinity closed the door.
