I was waiting in line for them to serve my order when Blake put her head on my shoulder. I smiled and turned to kiss her forehead. I got our stuff and we walked out of the cafe book place. Blake instantly started to read her book. She looked so cute, so interested in what was going on in her story, rather than reality.
She smiled and giggled before we got to the meeting point. Weiss and Ruby were gonna meet up with us so we could see Shay and help us get our stuff for the wedding. We sat down and ate our snacks with we waited on the others.
When they showed up Ruby was her typical self, energetic as can be and Weiss was smiling her face off. Shay was asleep in the stroller and Weiss couldn't get enough of it from the looks of it. They both walked up to us and smiled.
"So who's going where and with who?" Weiss finally asked. I smiled and already knew what to say. I walked over to Ruby and put my arm around her.
"I'll go with Rubes, you can take Blakey and Shay over the other shop." She nodded and grabbed the stroller, with Blake close behind her. Ruby and I walked in the other direction and smiled to each other. We went to the classiest dress shop in Vale and found the perfect one. It was your typical dress, but that's what I wanted. Nothing fancy, just classy. It was like the one I wore to the dance but faded into a lavender, which matched Blake's normal colors. We sent Weiss a picture and she said she could work with that.
After we all met up again, things started to get bad. Ruby and Weiss were pushing Shaylynn and Blake kept asking me to get her from them. It started to bug me.
"Blake, it's fine. We get to keep her for 18 years, I think we'll survive one da-" this set Blake off.
"Yang, we didn't wait almost 8 months for this for nothing. I'm not gonna stand here and let you do this!" Weiss and Ruby turned around, hearing our argument. "It isn't fair, you're always like this!"
