The whole guild attended to Juvia's funeral two weeks later.

Their sobs filled the cemetery and the sky poured down its depressed feeling. But the rain only reminded a certain ice mage of Juvia.

The girls in the guild were all sniffling and even some of the guys. Even Gajeel had a few sniffles here and there because he had known Juvia the longest out of everyone in the guild. James was the one to cry the most.

He had known her for two years, and she was family to him. "Onee-chan... rest in peace" James prayed while crying. Even Kiana and Nina came to the funeral. Kiana apologized for putting Gray in a spell.

Gray just nodded and Kiana left with Nina at her side, sniffling.

It was towards the end of the goodbyes, and the rain finally stopped, but the clouds stayed. The only ones who were left was Gray, Natsu, Lucy, James, Gajeel, Levy, Erza, and Wendy.

They looked at Juvia's gravestone. The rain's tears still on it. Gray read it over and over, making sure that Juvia went up safely.

Here lies Juvia Lockser.

Loving friend and guild mage.

May she rest in peace.

Gray kept reading it, and the tears soon catching his eyes.

Juvia never got to be truly loved by someone when she was here. The idea made Gray shiver and cry more. Lucy cried into Natsu's arms while Gajeel hugged Levy, sniffling an tearing up.

"Shh Gajeel. She's in a better place now" Levy comforted Gajeel. "She was the only one that talked to me when I joined the guild. Juvia was the friend I knew the most" Gajeel sighed, still hugging Levy.

Erza was hugging Wendy as she cried. "I'm so sorry I couldn't do anything to help her" Wendy sobbed. "Wendy, it's okay. We knew you couldn't heal other substances. But you tried" Erza patted her back.

Gray kneed down in front of her grave. There were bushes and bouquets of flowers there, and more than half was his.

"I hope you forgive me Juvia..." Gray prayed and looked up into the sky. A drizzle began to fall down like a response. The rain was mixing with Gray's tears, and eventually he was the only one left. It was already night, but Gray still sat there in front of her grave, remembering all the times they had together, then immediately regretted ignoring Juvia all that time.

Gramps walked up behind Gray and patted his shoulder. "Gray, it's time to let her go." Master said quietly. "I can't just stop remembering her..." Gray refused.

"It's time to go home now Gray." Gramps said as he turned around and left the cemetery. Gray stood up, kissing her grave before leaving for the night.

He visited Juvia's grave the next day, doing a prayer and wishing she lived a good life.

Gray did this for two months, and he eventually stopped visiting.

The guild was gloomy those two months, the rain reminding them of their precious water mage. James was also visiting Juvia's grave every other day. Ever since Gray stopped visiting, the guild soon adjusted to their loss and became normal.

Gray was still sad, but Team Natsu convinced him to go on a few jobs with them before he began to loose money.

Before they knew it, time passed by and it's been two years since then.

Every year Gray visited Juvia's grave on the day she died. The stone was covered with vines, moss and dust, making it unable to read. Gray wiped the gravestone clean so he could read it once more.
