Chapter 17

I know Killian doesn't like all this but I'm trying my best to not hang out with Sebastian but its hard when he's assigned to show us around and literally be our escort. Anyways its right before the fashion show, so Killian and I decided to go out and explore the city. As we are walking a group of women come up to Killian.

"Are you Killian Jones?" One of the women asks and I stood there baffled. Killian nods. They ask to take pictures with him and for an autograph. They were all up on him and it made me a little jealous. They walked away and he smiles. "You didn't tell me you were a French driver? From what I knew you were from England." Killian nods.

"I raced many years with England, but I started in France, didn't you google me?" I chuckle. "Honestly, I just did an overview of you, and it said you were from England and that's what I elaborated on....and I just thought you were hot." He raises his eyebrow, "really?" I turn red and nod. Killian caresses my cheek, "so you laid your eyes on me before I did huh?" I turned even more red.

"Is that way why you're jealous?" I scoff. "Of course not." Killian chuckles. "Then can we go visit the race track from where I used to race on?" I have a straight face and he gives me a kiss. "You know that I love you Emma." "Sure." He laughs.

We grab a cab and made our way to the race track. We get there and walk right in. I look around and I see a bunch of pictures of Killian on the wall.  I gasp. A man comes out and looks at us with a weird expression on his face. "Killian Jones, is that really you?" Killian nods. "Pete, its been so long." They give each other a huge hug. "Pete, meet my wife Emma." Pete smiles and shakes my hand.

"I can't believe someone was able to tame mister Jones here." I lift my eyebrow and laugh. "So how are things around here Pete?" Killian asks making Pete smile. "You want to take a look for your yourself?" Killian nods when he hears Pete say that. We walk around and man I had never seen Killian so happy, he literally looked like a little kid at Disneyland.

We walk back to his office after the tour and my was I tired as can be. "Well everything looks like its going well," Killian says with a big smile on his face. He nods. "Oh Killian it seems that fate has brought you in my life at a perfect time." Killian gives him a baffled look. "Why is that?" Pete sighs. "I'm an old man my boy and very tired." Killian nods and I sat there caressing my belly. "I've been looking into retiring but I need someone that I trust in who I can give the track and this company to." Killian stays quiet.

"Who better than my prodigy, the boy that started out helping in the pits and became a race car driver." Killian gasps. "Oh Pete, this is well this is so unexpected I mean wow, that is like a dream come true and an honor." Pete nods. "Look I'll give you some time, take my card I'm not retiring for another 6 months this should give you plenty of time to think it over but please consider it my boy." Killian takes his card and nods.

We get up and shakes hands then walk out. Killian looks back at the race track and smiles. "What's wrong love?" He sighs. "Nothing I was just remembering my time here, it was the best times of my life." I smile. "You miss it?" He nods. "Are you considering the offer?" He sighs. "Of course not, I have a life back in the states with you." I smile. "We can talk about this later." I nod.

We get a cab and went back to the hotel because the show was about to start. We went to change and I made my way to the back. I see all my helpers and interns finishing up the last details of the clothing line and the models were getting their hair and make up done. I walk out to the runway and they were finishing with the set up of the lighting.

Sebastian walks up to me and smiles. "How we doing?" He smiles as he looks into his tablet and scrolls away. "Everything is set up except the lights and the guests are out in the cocktail area as we finish here, so you will have to go out and greet them. In about 40 minutes the show will start." I nod.

"I'm nervous." He smiles and hugs me. "Don't worry, just be your lovely and charming self and everything will go good." I smile. He walks away and I shake myself, that's when I see Killian walk up to me.. "Ready love?" I ask as he caresses my back. He nods. This was Killian's first time being with me at these types of events so I could tell he was nervous.

As soon as we stepped outside a lot of people were coming up to us and greeting us. That's when the local fashion network stops us and interview us. "Here we are with Emma Swan-Jones, Emma how does it fell to be back where it all began?" I smile.

"It feels awesome and to know that I will be doing a show where I did my first ever runway show means everything to me." She smiles. "We can see that you are indeed expecting and you married to one of our famous race car drivers, could you share with us a little bit of this romance?" I look at Killian and smile.

"Well yes we actually met in the states and we fell in love with each other and here we are three years later expecting twins." She smiles. "Killian how do you feel being back in your town?" He smiles. "Its been awesome and especially because I'm here with the woman I love." She smiles.

"We are really excited to see this last collection of yours before obviously becoming a mother, what can we expect from the show?" I smile. "You all know me very well, that you know that I like to go above and beyond so expect a couple of surprises." "Thank you Emma and Killian." The interviewer hugs us and then we walk away.

"Almost forgot how it felt to be interviewed." I hugged Killian and smiled. "Aw my love, well get more used to it." He nods and smiles. Sebastian comes and talks to me, then that's when the interviewer from our old school's news cast comes and interviews Sebastian, Killian and I. "Emma, its so good to see you and Sebastian you look handsome as ever." We both smile.

"How does it feel for both of you guys to work together after being separated?" I laugh. "It was easy to come back and work with Sebastian you know that right from the beginning we were one of the best models from our graduating year." She laughs. "I meant how does it feel that the old couple is once again reunited?" Sebastian and I stayed quiet.

"Is the romance still there?" I grabbed Killian. "What happened, happened Janice but I am now happily married and expecting twins, Sebastian and I are the best of friends." "My apologies, so Sebastian would you care to share us the design for this years runway." Sebastian looks at me and nods. He walks away with them and I sigh. "I'm sorry love for that, you know how it can be." He nods. "No I get it you and Sebastian were a big thing here." I sigh.

"Exactly my love, we were and not anymore." He nods. We continue to walk and we come to our last interview. "Emma, Killian so good to see you." We both nod at the interviewer from another entertainment network. "So how did it feel to be reunited with your long lost mother who so happened to have been ex super model Banks."  I smile. "Life gave me a second chance, and I am grateful, and I learn more and more from her every day." She smiles. "And now that the modeling school and the clothing line are a complete success, did you ever think about associating yourself with someone else?"

I smile. "I might take some time off to spend time with my babies but as of right now, I'm happy where I am at." The interview ends and that's when I hear music which meant its almost time. Sebastian comes and lets me know its time. I kiss Killian and I could feel he he was still a bit hurt. I sighed as he walked away to his seat.

Sebastian and I walk to the back and Sebastian notices that I'm sad. "What's wrong?" I shake my head. "Nothing." He lifts his eyebrow and scoffs. "Emma I know you." I nod. "Killian is just sad or hurt by all the questioning and people asking about our past, you know." He nods. "Hey if he really loves you then he should understand that this is your life." I nod.

"Its just life was very different, I mean Misthaven was a peaceful town where I fell in love and we were working there alongside my mom...." He grabs my hands. "Hey all this worrying will not help you in any way, it will only affect the babies and your performance." I smile. "This is your last runway before the babies come make it memorable." He hugs me.

"You always know what to say Sebastian, thank you." He smiles. "I will always be here for you Emma." I nod. We double check everything and that's when the show begins.
