control part 2

(Youji vs Kaname)

Youji and Kaname were both floating in the air with large amounts of power radiating from both of them. Kaname didn't have to worry about hurting Youji but he was concerned because it seemed like she slowly losing control. Kaname use to have trouble with his own power and thirst but now he wasn't sure if her power was a psychological trauma or not. Youji was trying her hardest to control herself but even she didn't understand the unusual power coming from her as she attacked Kaname.

Kaname used his Pureblood powers over the elements to see what kind of powers she could use in different attack situations. Youji adjusted to each attack trying to use the weakest of each of the elements against each other. For Fire she used air or water, for earth she used air and for water she used wind. Her body was getting tired and losing her own consciousness. She never used this much power at once she it was difficult to understand why she couldn't keep control.

Youji and Kaname were both strong physically as well as mental but when it came to power it was hard to tell. Youji had more power but Kaname had more control so they were dead even. Youji's power wasn't driven by anger or any emotion like a vampire would when she loses control it was more of not understanding how certain powers of hers worked. Kaname could feel Youji from fighting herself trying so hard to figure out how certain abilities of hers works. Suddenly Youji started to clutch her head and screamed falling to the ground that's when the lights from both of them diminished.

Kaname watched in horror as he tried to catch Youji As she fell down the fifty feet in the air. Zero saw what was happening and caught Youji who was holding her ears before she said something that chilled him to the bones.

(Youji) " He's coming and he wants to kill so many people"

Kaname heard what she said and knew exactly who she meant but Zero just kneed on the ground holding Youji. Kaname kneed down with them brushing her hair from her face seeing her face with bloody tears streaked down her face. Zero turned to Kaname then said:

(Zero) " Its Rido she's talking about isn't it?"

(Kaname) " Yes..but the way she said it made it sound like she was afraid of something he might do"

(Zero) " I know she's not entirely human and that supernatural side of hers is beyond most creatures but do you believe we can stop him in time with her help. I know she's about the same age as you but Her state of mind is unstable trying adjusted to her new abilities while also keeping her own consciousness from slipping away"

(Kaname) " I know you're afraid for her but we would have forced to cooperate together if we weren't capable of helping her . I know she's a special halfling and nobody said this going to be easy"

(Zero) " Thats true but I'm more afraid she will leave once this is all over or she will become a different person and I know we only been together  a month but she's not a bad person"

(Kaname) " I know Zero..but she has her own choices and even if she does leave back to her home in the forest she will always have us out here waiting "

(Zero) " Lets hope it doesn't come to that ..we both aren't good with our feelings except our hate relationship for each other"

(Kaname) " Zero ..I don't hate you..but I understand your hatred for vampires because a Pureblood killed your family . However you can't hold onto that forever because it will eat away at you making you utterly alone unable to show how you really feel"

(Zero) " Kaname..I'm a Hunter it's natural for me to hate you both I have more of enough reasons to hate you besides my family's death and it isn't my family's death. Speaking of  feelings what is Youji to you and why does it make me want to kill you"

(Kaname) " Well..what I do isn't really your business and it seems fate is rather cruel having two vampires want to the same woman. I don't like sharing but it's best to think of Youji's feelings and as for why you want to kill me perhaps it's more a psychological problem"

(Zero) " Geez..do you ever listen to yourself sometimes you sound like an arrogant Asshole but we should try to get alone for her sake"

(Kaname) " Hahaha..this is how I always talk but I guess you can interpret my words however you like"

Kaname smirked and Zero glared then after a while they laughed at each other. Zero wasn't sure why but venting his anger on Kaname made him feel much more relaxed like when he talked to Youji. They both knew it would take possibly a week or two to get Youji more stable to understand and use her powers with out repercussions. Zero carried Youji to one of the dorm rooms that headmaster was building for his co vampire school. Kaname and Zero both sat at the table near by not saying a word as Youji's breathing finally become more steady.

Youji woke up a few hours later with a really bad headache and what she saw surprised her. Kaname and Zero were sleeping at the table near by with Zero's head on his shoulder. Youji kind of wished she could take a picture of them but she just gently walked out of the room leaving them to sleep. Zero woke up hearing the door close and walked outside following Youji's sweet scent. Youji turned around and Zero kissed her up against the wall. She kissed him back then smiled grabbing his hand placing it on her chest where he felt her heart beat. Youji wasn't sure but these vampires always make her heart beat a little faster and she wasn't sure if chose between who's she liked or possibly wanted more by her side.
