Youji the warrior

Youji didn't know how close Zero and Kaname were to seeing inside her heart but now it was the end of there long journey. Zero was still unsure if he should tell Youji how he felt about her as Kaname just couldn't stand to see the loneliness in Youji's eyes. The time they spent together over the past few months made them reflect how much they had common and it felt good to have someone who understood that pain they all tried so hard to bury deep inside themselves. Kaname may have been the leader of the vampires but the Senate wanted to overthrow him but using his uncle Rido and he just wanted the two races in harmony. Zero is both a Hunter and a vampire so it was hard to tell if he wanted to go against the nature that was thrown at him or embrace it considering he no longer saw himself as a monster.

They each had to think about there futures as they drew near towards the Kuran old mansion that Rido and his vampire minions surrounded the grounds . Youji was standing in the middle of Zero Who was on the left and Kaname who was  on her right. They were loaded with Weapons and had to only wait to get to Rido to give there most powerful blow to but the question was could they do it. Zero didn't doubt Youji abilities but it was Kaname he was concerned about because the past few days a part of him seemed suicidal and They knew something was going her wasn't telling Them. They each took a side while Youji walked through the big iron gates using her wind power to knock the gate open. Kaname immediately ran off taking the right side and Zero gave Youji a nod in reassurance before running off to the left which meant Youji had to fight the horde in the main building.

They each fought in their own ways Youji had both abilities and weapons on her side but she wasn't sure how the guys would hold up however she had faith they would meet up to face Rido together. They made a plan B if that didn't happen but she wouldn't give up on the Kaname and Zero they were precious to her heart. They continued to fight wiping the castle grounds clean of vampires that were nothing but piles of blood that they lit on fire. They ended up meeting hours later at the main inner building and when they opened the door they saw Rido clapping creepily loud. Youji never met the man before but she could feel the evil reeking from him as the black clouds coming for them. Youji focused her eyes on Rido making him unable to use his smoke ability. Rido got irritated and walked right up the girl but when he smelled her he stopped then smiled sickly.

(Rido) " You smell so innocent..but I can feel the power coming from you and it seems only one part of you is innocent"

(Zero) " Shut up you disgusting vampire"

(Rido) " Oh hello Hunter..or should I say level E vampire...interesting that you don't listen to the command of someone like me maybe it's your Hunter blood or perhaps it's her blood running through your body"

(Youji) " That is none of your business and I do what I believe for those who are worthy..you don't deserve waste so many human lives...you no longer have a heart that much is apparent"

(Rido) " Smart one ain't you..you're very beautiful, powerful but would anyone like or what to be near you if you were human"

Zero and Youji got a little irritated at what he was saying which made them both shot Rido in both shoulders. He flinched a bit but was still standing laughing sinister and he looked at Kaname.

(Kaname) " This where we end things Uncle..you no longer will have control..your existence will be erased from this world any last words"

(Rido) " Such nice words ..nephew too bad even if I'm gone you will be utterly alone"

Youji stepped forward with her eyes glowing Golden making him knee before her as she got closer. Then she smiled placed a hand in his face before she headbutted him and kneed him in the gut. She stepped back before she spoke:

(Youji) " Oh..how wrong you are Rido Kuran..we are not alone..we have each other and where you're going it's empty filled with nothing but fire to keep you company"

Zero shot Rido in both his legs making sure he didn't move as Youji released almost all of her power on Rido making him scream in pain as he started to turn to ash and big glowing gold light beamed. Kaname felt the bond he had with Rido disappeared making him a free leader of his race and they both turned to see Youji covered in blood dripping from her eyes . They didn't know if she was alive until they pulled her up from the ground and a low resounding heart beat. Youji's father's gun she discarded earlier after she shot Zero melted to the floor and somehow Zero's blood rose was untouched. They were confused what had happened and why she didn't open her eyes but they knew one thing for sure she was there Everything.

A friend when they needed someone to understand without judgement, a person who had their own struggle with being different and the person who made them feel most human. They waited until she opened her eyes letting her rest and hoped to see the girl they learned to love to be with them again.

Two weeks later

Youji wake up there was bright light that she could barely see until she blinked a few times and when she got her vision clear she saw the unexpected thing. Zero and Kaname were sleeping soundly on either side of her . Suddenly she felt there movement and turned to look at them which mad them run there eyes in disbelief.

(Kaname) " You're finally awake"

(Zero) " Youji..is that really you?"

(Youji) " Yes..it's me why would you say such a thing"

Zero pointed to a mirror near the bed and she looked but she gasped loudly. Her eyes were now forever gold..and she felt all her power circulating through her body. It wasn't just her eyes that shocked her but she had two wedding engagement rings on her left  hand. She didn't know what to say and actually cried which made them both speak.

(Zero) " We didn't know if we could see your smiling face again"

(Kaname) " Youji..what you said before you passed out from blood loss using most of your power made us realize you're important to us. We didn't get a chance to tell you so we waited and our friend told us you would be awake someday soon so we waited for you"

Youji pulled both them into a hug then kissed both of them and then smiled.

(Youji) " Thank you..I wasn't sure if I would or rather could go back to my village after all this was over. The time we spent together..May have been short but it was the most out of life I have ever come to feeling alive"

(Zero) " I know what you mean..but just so you know your cousin was a real pain in the ass to deal with"

(Youji) " Oh..yeah James always had a strange infatuation with me but I never felt that way about him so I'm sorry about him"

(Kaname) " Its okay..He finally got the picture when showed how much you mean to us"

(Youji) " I see..so what's next.."

Zero and Kaname looked at each toner then smiled as they picked Youji up from the bed bringing her to another room that was dark . The only light was candles decorated around the room with the ceiling decorated with white roses but something was off about this room.
