Youji, Zero and Kaname were in front of the white alter doing the ceremony according to Vampire standards because they didn't want Youji to get hurt again. Kaname and Zero slit there wrists which Youji was suppose to drink a small amount of there blood as the both bitten into each side of her neck. They rest of the ceremony was a simple wedding except Zero and Kaname had to share the dancing with their bride. 

After the party ended Kaname lifted Youji up in his arms and Zero followed to make sure they ambushed by more of their friends. Youji groaned in annoyance because she loved the dress but smiled as she saw the two Guys she come to love crawl up to her in their underwear. Zero and Kaname answered for her saying not until everything was settled. Kaien was suspicious but let it slide embracing Youji now that she was technically his daughter in law.

Youji , Zero and Kaname each became teachers when the school was rebuilt using part of Youji's unique powers. Youji was the language teacher for one and second year students who enrolled in school . Zero became a special activities teacher meaning he was training future hunters on better tactics and showing the weakness that lower vampires have. Kaname become the advance history teacher for high school third year students.

However at the end of the day Zero, Youji ,Kaname were the couple everyone on campus envied which they didn't because they had each other always and for all eternity. They eventually had three little kids but that is another story in itself because they were hybrids of Vampire, human and Archangel.
