After Austin had cleaned up the aftermath of his murderous rampage a few nights ago, he had to hire new drivers. There was a specific kind of driver he needed, new, young drivers unaware of the standard way of being a driver, which was being abusive. Obviously this method didn't work with the rising issue of trains fatally derailing on purpose in certain, particularly messed up areas in neighbouring countries.

Austin began writing the job advertisement "Searching for: train conductor" he whispered to himself as he typed "especially hiring new drivers searching for their first job." he ticked the full time box and typed in contact details before submitting the ad and waiting for applications.

Only hours later he had received 5 different applications, he clicked on the first one and began reading quietly to himself. "Okay... Dylan, 21. Heh, he's kinda cute... seems qualified... okay." Austin decided he was worthy of an interview and sent the offer before moving onto the next application. "Jonah, 22. Seems reasonable" He sent him an application after skimming over the resume. "Mason, 25. Also kinda cute... sure.. Theo, 22, oh absolutely..." he sent interview invites to them both. "One more... Ben, 24.. okay sure" Austin sent an interview offer to the final applicant and smiled.

---

It was interview time. Austin dressed nicely for the day, in a white button up shirt and black dress pants, simple but a good look. The first applicant walked into the room, "Uh- hey, I'm Dylan" the slightly taller than usual man smiled awkwardly as he sat down on the chair across from Austin  adjusting his black wavy hair. He was wearing a dark blue button up shirt and tight black jeans. "How are you?" Austin asked with a kind smile, nobody would ever guess someone with such a welcoming smile was a serial killer. "Im pretty good, its good to get a job interview" Dylan responded in a calm tone, despite being nervous in front of Austin, who looked intimidating despite the smile, perhaps there was a chance Dylan thought he was super hot, but he wasnt going to admit it. The interview ran like a usual interview, with Dylan looking like a good employee. He had the perfect idea for how trains should be treated and seemed to be reliable and trustworthy. As an added bonus, Austin thought he was cute. "Well, thanks for coming, I'll get back to you asap, cutie" Austin couldn't help himself, he had to say it, he smiled and winked as Dylan stood up a blushed slightly. Austin stood up as well, shaking the other boys hand and kissing his lips briefly, which was a surprise to Dylan, but a welcome one. Blushing profusely, he left the interview room.

The next was Jonah, he was an average height, with neat brown hair and brown eyes. He sat down at the chair and smiled "Hey" he said to Austin who smiled in response. They went through standard interview procedure, with Austin deciding in his head that he would probably hire him, he had a very casual demeanour, with undertones of annoying, but it was fine.

Next up was Mason, who was tall and lanky with long, straight dark brown hair. He was noticeably more nervous than the others, but he settled a little bit when Austin smiled warmly. The interview progressively became better as Mason slowly became more confident in his ability. Austin could tell he was the kind of person who would come out of his shell more as you talked, he found his occasional nervous stuttering cute and just him in general to be cute.

Next was Theo, who had a sort of hipster look to him. He had round glasses, a sort of messy brown undercut and brown eyes. He was mostly a pretty cool guy, but with the occasional passive aggressive remark. Austin was okay with this as he still seemed like a good employee and as much as he was trying to keep his thoughts professional, he couldn't help but to sprinkle in some thoughts about putting him in his place after a passive aggressive remark, but he tried to block those thoughts out for now, he still had one more interview before he could indulge in those thoughts.

The last applicant was Ben, who had blonde, chin length, wavy hair and blue eyes. He seemed like an overall good guy with a touch of sassiness. Austin liked him. He was confident in all his answers, which was always a good thing.

Now that all the interviews were done, Austin decided to hire all 5 of them. He sent the emails, before letting himself indulge in his unprofessional thoughts about his new employees.
