17 July, 2013
I run away from my house, as fast as I can. My trembling body comes to a halt before the large mansion just a few houses away from mine.
Typing in the codes, I enter.
"IS ANYONE THERE?" I shout.
Mrs.Kim comes rushing towards me.
When my eyes meet her's I sob harder.
"What's wrong, dear?" She asks,worried.
"Eomma...Appa..Sh-she threw it...sh-" I say in between my sobs.
"Sorry, I don't understand," she says softly. She comes closer and wipes off my tears.
"Take a deep breath and then speak," she instructs.
I do as she had asked me to.
"Eomma, sh-she," I take a deep breath again , "she threw it on Appa," I start wailing. I had witnessed it. The events play on my head and I shake my head to clear my thoughts.
She asks the maid to call Mr. Kim and the maid obeys.
"Eomma she threw something on him and sh-she lit him u-up on f-fire," i manage to spill the most painful words. When I say it out loud it sounds more horrible. I tremble as the scene replays in my head.
