Tyrian laughed like a maniac.

And since then he's only gotten stronger thanks to the training with Cinder's spawn and the Beerus' pet monkeys. You need to become more powerful before we can make our next move. Because of you underestimating his rage Ozpin now has an incredibly powerful pawn on his side of the board.
Hazel: It's not just Loki, Kai has gotten immensely powerful as well.
Salem: This has gotten out of control! We need to think of a move before time runs out!

Loki was in Vale's church as Kai was hyperventilating into a paper bag and being nervous about all the things that could possibly go wrong. Loki and Qrow did their best to calm Kai down. What eventually worked was Loki reminding him that today he's marrying the girl of his dreams, who loves him unconditionally.
While waiting for Marron at the altar standing alongside Kai; Loki thought about everything that had got to this moment and how much he had changed RWBY. For once in his life, Loki was genuinely happy. That's when the doors opened to reveal Marron in a blue dress and Myu sprinting by her spraying rose petals, courtesy of Ruby's semblance, everywhere. Loki could tell that Kai was fighting a nosebleed. Loki slapped Kai on the back and said go get her. He then proceeded to sit next to Emerald.
Loki spaced out for a lot of it.
Even though Ozpin was the priest the same verses were used so just like his wedding, it was Deus this and Deus that. But eventually, Loki heard kiss the bride.
