Sea of Death (Edmund Pevensie )

It time to be happy

I woke up feeling light headed when I felt the boat jerk. I knew we just stopped at our next Island. The door opened and Caspian popped his head inside.

"Caspian." My voice was a bit raspy and dry. But I moved away so Caspian can sit.

"How do you feel Erica?" He placed his hand on my forehead.

"Ahh Edmund told you." I sighed

"Well its a good thing he did plus you have been sleeping non stop for two days Erica."

"What!?"

"Yeah you barely ate and doze back to sleep." We laughed and he held my hand.

"We arrived to our next Island hopefully we will find another sword here,I mean  we have to, Edmund wouldn't put the last sword we found down."

"Ha Hmmmmmm" I ruffled my own hair feeling another head ache come on.

"I can tell he cares about you." I looked up at Caspian.

"What?"

"Edmund, he cares for you a lot its like every time you walk into a room his eyes light up. "

"I doubt it." I scoffed and looked away.

"Can I ask you something?"

"Sure."

"Why did you and Edmund really break up."

"I told you we would argue about everything and something didn't feel right, he started to distance him self from me and I thought it was a good Idea so we called it off."

Caspian looks could tell me very well he didn't believe me. But I couldn't tell him how I kissed peter just to get back at Edmund for keeping me in the dark about everything. I know it wasn't what, I wanted and I never meant to hurt Edmund like that but there is a girl back in england that Edmund got close to . I want to believe nothing happened between them but that's so hard to believe when what he did back in england points fingers to since that girl came to his life. And when Edmund found out what happened between me and peter it jeopardize there relationship.

"That all of it  Caspian." I smiled and he smiled back .

"so we stopped at another Island." I tried changing the subject.

"Yeah but you can't come."

"What why?!"

"Because I dont need you to faint we might be there for a while plus who know what that place is like."

"Caspian I can handle my self remember."

"Yes my sister I remember but just sit this one out until you feel better."

I nodded and he hugged me with a kiss on the forehead.

" he cares he just has a hard time understanding it." I smiled once again and Caspian stood up.

"I will be back soon watch Gal and if you need anything ask bell. "

I nodded and Caspian reached for the door.

"She is happy you know.". he turned around and looked back at me as if I just answered his most asked question.

"Susan is in America but lucy already told you that bit..., Susan never regret kissing you but she regrets we left."

"I dont want her to regret anything."

"Caspian she has moved on I want you to move on to and you wanna know something."

"What?" He fully turned back around and I stood up.

"Before she left for America she told me to tell you if we ever go back to narnia  that she wants you to be happy and move on." I held my brothers hand as it was hard for him.

"Thank you Erica."

"Thank me by being happy. Your my only family."

"I love you sister." He ruffled my hair and laid me back down.

"Get some rest." I nodded and he walked out . I felt sleepy so I dozed off.
