Creepers. Why was it always creepers? Normally, Petra could have easily annihilated a group of them this size. But bending on the fact that she could hardly hold her sword, she was guessing she was going to have to do the other option... run.

Petra hated running from foes. She loved danger and disliked appearing weak. And of course, isn't it every girl's dream to stab monsters to death?

Petra was also smart, and being clever she knew that she couldn't fight off the approaching large group of skeleton archers, zombies and creepers. Especially with her Wither Sickness getting much worse as a much faster rate.

She backed up slowly until she felt her back hit a tree, waiting for the perfect time to run. The mobs were nearly on top of her, the creepers started to hiss, ready to explode. The skeleton archers aimed their bows to fire. Just as she was about to be a part of a massive explosion, she twirled around the tree and bolted the other way.

Petra dashed through the forest, and past the mobs, swinging her sword in front of her like it was a mace. She didn't care that it wasn't proper swordplay, she just wanted to get to the temple alive. She stuck to her plan; go east to find the Temple of the Order. But the night time air and darkness was making it hard to tell the direction.

Tsssss, the creepers seemed like they were coming closer, and closer. She looked back for only seconds, and then felt herself tripping on something hard and falling. She expected herself to have tripped over her own feet, and to land just seconds later on the ground. But no, she was falling through the air, and heard the faint noise of rushing water.

She peeked with one eyes, thought she could barely see through the cloth of darkness. But she could see the outline of something moving and the noise got even louder.

CRASH! Petra felt herself become immersed into freezing water. She forced her head above water, gliding along, still faster, trying to avoid the rapids. She felt the water moving faster, the direction going... down.

Petra's mind raced as she tried to find a away around the waterfall. She looked frantically around for something to hold on to, to pull herself onto land. Her eyes settled on a thick, sturdy looking branch, overhanging the river. Petra made a quick grab, and wrapped her hands around the tree limb. Slowly pulling herself up was not easy. Only one of her arms had enough strength to pull her to shore. Slowly but surely, she was on her feet again. Petra wanted to stop then and there. She's already gone through all of this and the first time had been more than enough pain for a lifetime. Petra inhaled deeply and walked forward. She would find the temple. She would stop Aiden.

Her life depended on it, after all.
