Don't leave, He's gone

She sits alone in her bedroom

Cries her eyes out all alone.

Waits for him to take her hand

Take her to a far away land.

She surrendered to him everything and bone.

While he waits to be her groom.

He sits listening to his sorrow

Feeling just as alone as she does.

He waits for the coming of tomorrow.

He dreams of her and only just

but he's stuck with another.

He simply likes this lover.

This one was a friend of hers at first

but then she intervened.

She took what didn't belong.

Her love isn't as strong

All she wants is to be mean.

She just ruins, burns, and hurts.

The pain is shared between the two.

They don't know what to do.

It seems impossible to change.

Stuck in the bitterness.

Can't leave the loneliness.

Their distorted picture has been framed.
