I am so sorry for not posting this sooner forNarnia19! Also, sorry this is a sad one. And wow over 900 reads!

Tears begin to pour from your eyes as you ride home alone. You never would have thought this would happened when you woke up this morning. You could say it was a day like any other, but it was so much better and then so much worse.

"Psst Y/N," someone whispered into your tent. "Wake up," you recognized the voice. It was the handsomely dashing High King Peter Pevensie. You quickly leaped from your bed and grabbed your robe. When you were decent you pulled the drapes to see Peter towering over you as always.

"What is it?" You whispered. "Is something wrong?"

"No, get dressed," he started. "We are going on an adventure!" He shouted.

"Shh," you quickly put your hand across his mouth muffling his voice. "I will be right back your highness."

"Peter, remember?" He looked at you square in the eyes.

"Peter," you corrected, before closing the drapes.

He gripped your hand tightly as you ran across the field to the stables.

"Where are they?" you heard Lucy ask, as you reached the stables.

"I don't know," Susan answered.

"Hopefully they aren't off without us," Edmund stated.

"Why would we go without our horses?" Peter asked, still holding your hand tightly. "And you off course," he tapped Lucy's nose.

They had grown up so nicely in Narnia, especially Peter. You had known them ever since Aslan saved you from a Cyclops and brought you to Cair Paravel you were only sixteen then. Now, as adults it was a favorite pass time to go riding in the forest.

"We should start riding to meet the sunrise," Susan said, everyone in agreement.

"Your horse," Peter said, bringing Camille to you.

"And how are you this fine morning?" You asked brushing her head.

"Very well, Ms. Y/L/N" she replied.

"Isn't Philip looking nice today?" You asked, Peter smiled, helping you onto Camille.

"I did not notice," Camille answered, blushing through her fur.

"Shall we be off?" Edmund asked.

"We shall," Peter answered.

You rode off into the dawn, the wind cold and damp as the fog blanketed the ground.

"Can we play a game?" Lucy asked, trotting beside you and Peter.

"What kind of game?" asked Susan.

"Perhaps, Hide and Seek?" Peter asked, grinning. They all laughed as you looked puzzled.

"I much prefer gastrovascular," Susan stated, seeming to tease her brother.

The sun was now beginning to rise as the trees began to shine a bright orange. With the light you noticed a white stag. Peter noticed the stag as well then you both smiled at eachother.

"What about a nice catch of a wild stag?" Peter asked.

"I should think that would be fun," Susan answered.

"And what about you Y/N?" Peter smiled.

"Well, we shall have to see who catches it first." You say before shaking the reigns and chasing the creature.

"That's cheating!" You heard Edmund shout. An uncontrollable smile begins on your face.

"Good try!" You hear Peter shout as he begins to pass your horse. Then Susan, then Lucy, and inevitably Edmund.

"And you even had a head start," Edmund stated turning back to see you trying to keep up.

"I'm sorry Ms. Y/N I need a quick rest," Camille said, coming to a simple walk.

"Oh yes, I shall see if I can catch up on foot. You say running along the large prints.

The sun had finally risen fully and the land was warm on a crisp fall day. You slowed your pace to a walk as you enjoyed the beautiful colors of the leaves.

"Lucy!" You heard Peter shout. You quickened your pace to a run as you reached the four horses with no riders.

"Peter?" You shouted looking all around you. "Lucy, Susan, Edmund! Where are you?!" As you looked around you noticed a lamp post covered in leaves. "The lamp post," you said, remembering the stories Lucy would tell you about the spare oome, Mr. Tumnus, and the lamp post.

"The wardrobe," you realised. "They must have found the wardrobe," You searched and searched the area for hours. You held back the tears and continued to search with nothing but hope.

"They are gone," Philip said, walking to you.

"They cannot be," you said, staring at the horse.

"Y/N, you have to let them go." Camille stated, rubbing her nose against you. "It is time to go home."

You climbed onto her back and began toward Cair Paravel. Tears began to pour from your eyes. I will never see Peter again.

Wow, I just made myself cry.
P.S. I have and idea for a second part, so let me know if you want one. Or if you have any suggestions for other imagines. 😉
