All eyes were focused on Stallion, he shifted his weight nervously on the chair and looked at Alex.  Alex crossed his arms and looked more pissed off than anyone had ever seen him.

"So the guys, they talked to me last month about ditching Kandy Men to start their own thing. They think you are holding them back. Not giving enough space to spread their wings and that you cause them to lose a couple private shows. I don't know what you did, I only know their side. I don't want to get into that here though."

Everyone remained silent and gauge Alex's face,

"And you agree? That I am in some way, holding you guys back?"

Stallion sighed, " I just saw how I Could make more money going independent, that's all. I am not taking sides."

Alex sat down in one of the empty chairs near by and remained silent for a minute but it felt like an entirety.

"Fine, let's get back to this planning, and thank you for staying."

After a tense planning meeting, Dorian decided to leave the gym. He didn't want to hang around for anymore discussions. He was new and didn't want to be forced to pick sides. As he ran down the stairs to his old beat up, once white Toyota. Old faithful he thought.

As he opened his door, he saw DJ Sparks exiting her car. He couldn't pass up the opportunity. He called out to her and she stopped. A few steps and he was by her car door. She gave him a bored stare and he smiled widely.

"Hi, How are you doing?"

"Fine,"

"I wanted to talk to you, glad I ran into you."

"Oh? What about?" She raised an eyebrow and adjusted the straps of her brown graffiti tee, " Another part in your plot to 'get me'" she made air quotes.

"Actually yes and no, I have friend who needs to a DJ for a teen party, I thought you might want the job. Interested?"

"Oh, Okay sure."

"Great, It's her daughter's 16th, she wants a good DJ, party is a month or so away."

"I can do that. "

"How about your number then?"

She smiled and handed him her business card to him.

"I see your game Dream,you won't win."

He closed the space between then and whispered in her ear, "By the time you figure my game , you will be moaning my name."

And with that Dream walked away to his car, he couldn't afford to be late for class again.
