Thought about how my day went
and felt tears
in my eyes
the tears
instantly
sucked themselves in
The universe had other plans
I yelled at the universe
'What are you doing?'
In response
it laughed
I was trying to figure out why
when something pulled me back from
reality
and I threw my head back too
as I thought about him
then me
then all the people who left
the people I miss
the insanity of my mind
the scarring in my heart
and god I'm still laughing as I'm
creating
this poem
which doesn't make sense
but all I've got
are these words
and this laughter
oh
this laughter
