Both me, Frodo and Sam were awake and we sat, locked up in the same room. no ones really said anything or spoke to each other for a while.
Me and Frodo told Sam everything that happened at the Forbidden Pool.
But it felt like Faramir was locking us in here like prisoners now. But then I forget, that's what we've been since we were kidnapped.
I glanced over to Frodo, he looked a little pale…. “Get out of here. put on the ring….and turn invisible. then you can escape.” Sam mentions.
“No, I can’t Sam….they’ll find me if I put on the ring.” Frodo was talking about The Black Riders. Its true that he can't put on the ring, however. The Black Riders are drawn to the ring when the bearer puts it on. If they find Frodo and strike their sword at him even just one more time….it’ll kill him.
The door swings open, startling everyone, and a sound of an unsheathing blade echoed in the room.
“So this is the answer to all the riddles…” Starts Faramir as he walks right in.
Faramir approaches Frodo, pointing his sword at him and Frodo would step back until his back hit the wall, he was cornered.
“In the wild….three halflings...a host of Men at my call...the Ring of power, within my grasp….” The tip of the sword touches the ring that was hanging from Frodo’s neck.
Suddenly Frodo didn't seem to be himself. Frodo’s eyes met with his forehead. His eyes closed and suddenly, right when his eyes opened, he screamed, “NO!!!”
Frodo begins to run away from Family, and he went to the other side of the wall grabbing it tightly as he breathed heavily. It was the ring….again. his tone in his voice was just like the other day, when Frodo became angry towards both Me and Sam.
“Stop it! leave him alone!” Sam shouted at Faramir. “Don’t you understand?! he’s going to destroy it! that’s where we're going...into Mordor….into the mountain of fire!!”
A man shortly after came in to report Faramir about a certain location being under attack.
“Please….” starts Sam. “It's such a burden...will you not help him?”
“Captain...prepare to leave.” Says the reporter before leaving.
