"So you really think this is the right thing to do? You can barely even walk." He said in a worried tone.
"I know that." She stated.
He sighed in disbelief and walked away. He looked back at her with really worried eyes, making him run towards her and hugged her really tightly.
"Please. You have to go. You're busy. Why are you doing this?" She whispered at the guy's ear, crying in the process. He caressed her head and let it rest on his shoulder.
"Because I chose to stay beside you. I chose to know you. I chose... to love you." She sniffs in response as he chuckles.
"Oh. And my birthday wish was to be with you. No matter how long the process takes, I will still choose you." He said.
She then returned the hug as he pecked her forehead.
"I love you."
"I love you, too."
