Another week has passed and Jade has never been confused in her life. Today was the day her and Stray Kids are gonna meet up again. But then she didn't know what to do.
She wanted to back out, she wanted to not see them right now. She's a complete wreck.
But she didn't want for them to wait. So she forced herself to get up and dressed up for the day.

Suddenly, her phone rang. It was Jeongin.
Jeongin "Noona! Where are you? We're waiting at the meet up place."
She sighed quietly before stepping out of her house and answered.
Jade "Jeongin, I'm coming. But can you tell the others that I might be late? Something came up. I'm sorry."
Jeongin "Aw it's okay noona. Just stay safe okay?"
Jade "Yep."
Jeongin "Alright, good luck noona!"
The call ended and Jade suddenly plopped down the hard concrete floor, sitting by her side as she looks up in the sky with hazy eyes.
"I can't continue like this. I have to rest." And finally, she laid down flat on the cold ground. It's a good thing that nobody was passing by.
After a few seconds, she heard a familiar voice which made her wake up in her senses.
"Why are you hurting yourself anyways? Seungmin already told you to rest and yet you didn't. I already told you to rest. We all did. We all care. And yet, you wait to die." His raspy voice rang through her ears, only saying that he's on the verge of crying.
"You don't care at all. You only cared when I was in the school clinic, crying in pain because nobody wants to let me out. And you were there, listening to my cries."
He then positioned himself to pull Jade up and let her stand on her feet, stumbling every now and then.
"I cared. And I want you to live and not die in some kind of illness that doesn't even exist." Tears were forming in their eyes. She hated this so much and yet... She's here in front of him.
"How can you be so sure?" She quietly said.
"I'm here. And if you forget it, it's forever gone." He chuckled as she cutely (in his mind) hit him on the chest.
"Shut up. You left."
"But at least, I came back. Unlike Woojin."
"Not him."
"Yes. I'm with him at work and I can't forget it that easily."
"I mean, we're never together anyways."
"We all were, Jade."
Jade sighed really hard as she plops down on a bench this time.
"It's not about him, you know?"
"I, Minho, your loyal and lovable best friend, knows the truth and the truth is that Woojin hurt you in various ways possible." Jade then slapped Minho at the shoulder, making him wince in pain.
"At least rest, Jade. If you want, I could tell the others that you can't come today." She immediately shook her head and stood up from the bench.
"I promised. And I keep promises." And they started going to their meet up place.
