CHAPTER SIX

"there is

something wrong. Percy isn't dead," Nico whispered to Grover. "I know. Obviously- or else I would be long gone. But, why'd they say Percy's then?" Grover said quietly back. "What if he's hurt? What if he's in tartarus again?! Oh no..." Grover started to panic.
When Nico noticed Grover's face started to turn more worried and worried at the second he grabbed Grover's arm and shadow traveled inside Hades cabin.
He wouldn't worry about Hazel so happening to be there because she's at Camp Jupiter.
Grover felt dizzy and fell onto the bed that was at the side of the cabin. Grover put his hands on his head while he groaned. "I can fee- feel him. He's in pain-n oh~" Grover may have gotten quieter, but his face practically screamed out saying 'aH iM IN PAIN.'
Nico was confused for a second- but then realized then realized what was happening. Even though Nico understood sort of what was going on- that didn't mean he knew how to help him. Nico started to hit him self lightly trying to think of anyway to help Grover- and maybe Percy. Then it hit him, if Percy's the one in pain, and Percy is also the one who gets power from water- then why not use water! Nico ran frantically looking for water around his cabin. He grabbed a water bottle that felt cold to the touch, and jogged back to Grover.
Nico quickly took the cap off the bottle and poured it on Grover. The water soaked Grover.
The only thing that happened in response to that was~
"o-h I told y- out to help not do th- that~" Grover said as he chuckled lightly trying to lighten up the mood. But, Nico could hear the pain laced in his voice.
Nico felt so stupid. Why did he think pouring water on Grover would help Percy?
'that's not how it's works. It's only a feeling or emotion, and even thoughts that can be exchanged through empathy links- not water. Oh lord I'm dumb.'
'how can I help Percy and Grover now?'
Nico smacked his head and started to pace around the cabin in circles in worry for his two friends. Nico realized there was nothing he could possibly do. So he speed walked back to Grover and started to try and calm him down.
He put his hand on Grover's shoulder and quietly 'shh'd' him for a few scrounges until Grover stabilized.
"okay do you have any idea what that was about?" Nico asked once Grover fully calmed down.
"no..." Grover said in an apologetic voice- feeling like he was useless by not being able to help figure out 1]
what happened to Percy 2] why do the gods have to lie about it- how does it effect them?
"hey it's okay Grover," Nico said in a sympathetic voice after seeing Grover's face while he said that.
"it's fine Nico- I get it. I'm no use. And now Percy's out there hurt, and I can't do anything to help my best friend," Grover said bitterly.
Nico sighed. "it's all right Grover."
"you know who else used to call me that? Percy," Grover said.
"that's because that's your name?" Nico said confused. Grover started to chuckle at Nicos obliviousness. "He actually called me G-man."
"I'm so lost on what you are trying to say. But, how about we start to do something about this Percy situation. Okay?" Nico stated. "yeah all right," Grover said as Percy started to get up.
Grover and Nico have no idea what they were about to get each other into. What they don't know is that there's

a new rise of warriors- that cannot be defeated.
