I went to school with red eyes and I sighed. Chaeyoung greeted me but I ignored her and the others. I know that it isn't me to ignore others but I can't help but ignore them.

I really need Jaemin now..

"Hey, I heard Na Jaemin is gay."

"Eh? Huang Renjun too!?"

"Is it true that they're both gay?"

Jaemin? Gay? Renjun too?

Since when?

"Is Na Jaemin here?" Someone asked then the others said no. My eyes landed on Jaemin's empty chair. I stood up and sit on his chair.

I rest my head on my arms, feeling tired from the lack of sleep and tired of not taking to Jaemin.

I miss my Nana so much..

I didn't go to school today.. I didn't want to. Renjun has to go to Busan today to handle his aunt's family.

I'm alone today and I didn't care if I miss something at school, I'm just too tired.

I grabbed my phone and saw countless texts from Jeno. I bite my lip, hesitating to open our chat box.

This will be first time I'll open our chat box since I start avoiding him.

Please.. stop making my hopes higher when I know I have no chance with you.

I was out of the house with my backpack. I remember my parents living in Seoul but they currently moved and isn't telling me the address yet.

Renjun hasn't returned yet either. I head to the nearest convince store and bought myself banana milk.

I finished it and continue walking. I found myself walking through a dark street with only a few lamp post on.

"Na Jaemin!" I heard a familiar voice behind me and look back. There I saw Lee Jeno running towards me.

Crap!

I start running away from him, running as fast as I can from him. Jeno is a fast runner and that's one of the things I like about him but now.. I hate him being fast!

I felt him almost grabbing my backpack so, I ran a little faster than before. My breathe running out faster than earlier from Jeno.

"Stop running for god damn it already!" He shouted really loud, surprising me but I didn't stop. I then took a U turn and surpassed Jeno, running back to where we originally came from.

"Since when did you get this fast!" He shouted, continue to chase me.

"Ever since you start chasing me just earlier!" I shouted back, running to the park that's meters away from the convince store.

I hid behind a tree as I heard Jeno's breathe. I covered my mouth for my breathing to be not that loud. I start hearing rustling on my left.

I took a peek and start hearing breathing on my right. I look at my right and saw Jeno there.

Before I can run away, he pinned me to the tree.

"Stop.. running away, Na Jaemin." He said then I start sweating.

"Running away from what?" I pretended to now know then his brows furrowed, signalling he's mad at me. I look down, avoiding his eyes with anger in it.

"Don't pretend you don't freaking know! You've been running away from me!" He shouted, making me flinch but my hand into fist.

"It's because you're so freaking oblivious!" I shouted back, making him the one shocked this time but he doesn't look unfazed after that.

"Then what's the reason.. what's the reason I'm oblivious about!?" He said then I froze. I can't tell him.. I can't just yet.

"I.. can't tell you that.." I said, looking down, avoiding his eyes and face once again.

My eyes widened when he back away from me, looking down. I took this chance to run away from him but stopped in front of the park, taking a last look of Jeno.

I noticed tears falling from his eyes, making me surprised and taken back. I saw him wiping it and his back was now facing me.

Tears also start falling from my face as my heart tightened and butterflies start flying around my stomach.

"I love you.. that's why." I muttered, running away, letting my tears fall from my eyes.

I look back at Jaemin and noticed him running with tears falling from his eyes now..

"Well.. time for me to go back."
