A/N - So this is my first fanfiction, so please excuse bad grammar and such. Hope you guys like this idea, I've had it for a bit. Without further ado, White Star Academy!
MOO, MOO, MOO
I groggily opened my eyes. Do I have to wake up now? I struggled to move. Why is my cow alarm clock even on? I thought I swore off of using that thing. If this is one of Ethan's jokes I swear I'll ... My thoughts were interrupted by yet another moo from the alarm. I yawned and rolled over, checking my phone. When I did, I almost jumped out of my bed. Why am I waking up at 4:30 a/m? No, today can't be the day. I opened my phone and checked the calendar. This time I really did jump off of my bed. On my face. Today IS the day!!!
I rubbed my face, groaning, then remembered I was in a hurry. I quickly stood up and turned off the alarm clock. Then as fast as I could, I flung on jeans, a t-shirt, and a sweatshirt. Gotta get there as quickly as I can! Just as I was about to leave my room I felt like I was missing something. The paper! I quickly scrambled back and picked up a piece of paper from my desk and sighed. I can't afford to lose this.
When I got downstairs, my mom was somehow already there, she even had her shoes on. And made breakfast. And put her makeup on. How...
"Hurry up, so we don't have to wait in line!" she said, handing me some toast and a huge water bottle. As soon as I take them from her hands, she puts her wavy, light blue hair in a ponytail. At that moment I realized I hadn't even brushed my dark blue hair.
She must have seen my face, because she laughed. "Don't worry, I figured you would have forgotten. I've got a brush in the car. Now drink as much water as you can and eat up. I'll take that paper from you, too. your hands seem to be full," she took the paper I had been holding and walked towards the garage, while I simply stared at her, then began to follow, but I stopped myself. One last thing I need to do.
I walked up to a portrait of a man on the wall. He had light grey hair and deep blue eyes. His eyes seemed so deep they could have been reflecting off of the deepest parts of the Mariana Trench. They were stern, but somehow had a gentleness to them at the same time.
I traced my fingers on his face, tears suddenly materializing in my eyes, "Hey dad, wish me luck." As I said this, memories, sad memories, full of sorrow filled my thought from the depths of my mind. No, I can't think about that now. I have to focus, make him proud.
With that I turned away from the portrait, trying my hardest not to look back. I wiped away my tears and crept towards the garage, where my mom was waiting for me.
During the ten minute car ride, I ate toast while looking at the paper, checking to make sure all the information was correct.
