Hunted - [Thiam]

In case you arent sure of whats happening here's a little paragraph explaining everything.

Basically this story takes place after the Teenwolf Finale.
The hunters grow worse and worse and its at a stage where all hunters are now targeting and shooting  werewolves at sight. They planned to take out Scotts pack and separate everyone. The hunters succeeded, everyone went separate ways and rarely see each other.

A year later after the finale Scott McCall gets hunted (nobody found his body though) so Liam is left alone, only have the slightest help from Derek and Peter. They can't risk being together as its easier for hunters to kill when wolves are in a pack.

Parrish left Beacon Hills as well. The sherrif now lives closer to where Lydia and Stiles are living so he can keep an eye out for his son.

Liam moves from town to town and takes down hunters whenever he can.

Theo hasn't been around for years and that worries Liam a lot.
Liam cares a lot about Theo but is still oblivious to why he does.
