After I talked with my father and found out a lot of things about my brother, we went back to where the other campers were The other gods were there too, but then I got a strange feeling. I was about to mention it to Percy, when there was a bright flash of light. Everyone shielded their eyes and when the light faded there were two people standing where the light had come from. One of them was a man in a blue pinstriped suit, with long hair braided with blue gems, the other was a slim woman wearing a cheetah jumpsuit, with cat like features.

Chiron walked up to them. “Amos! Bast! What a pleasure to see you.”

The man named Amos stepped up. Then there was a portal and four people fell out. I recognized them immediately. It was Sadie Carter, Walt, and Zia. They stood up and brushed themselves off.

“Hi uncle Amos.” Carter said. When Sadie heard his name she ran up to Amos and hugged him.

“Hello, children. I am here on important business.” He turned back to Chiron. “I need to talk to you, Chiron.”

Chiron nodded and they walked to the big house. Bast was talking to Carter, Sadie, Walt and Zia. She said something and they nodded. I turned to see Percy and my dad talking quietly a few feet away. My dad said something, and Percy nodded. Then they walked over to me.

My dad kissed my forehead. “I’ll see you soon, Pearl. I have to go now.” Then he disappeared. Leaving a stronger scent of the ocean behind.

I turned to Percy.

“Maybe we should get your things out of the Hermes cabin and into the Poseidon cabin.” He suggested.

I nodded my head. “That sounds like a good idea.”

Together we walked to the Hermes cabin. When we got there, Percy helped me carry my things. He showed me to one of the bunks and I put all my things away. When I was finished, I sat down on my bed and looked a Percy. We sat there in silence. Simply looking at each other. Then Percy decided to break the tension in the room.

“I was planning on visiting my mom this weekend. Maybe you can come.”

I nodded my head. I really wanted to see my mom. I was starting to think she was dead, before now, of course.

“I guess we should get to know each other.” Percy said. Then he started to tell me how he got to camp and all the things he had done. He also told me about the two wars. He told me everything. In return, I told him about my life. How I met Sadie, about my adoptive mom, dad, and brother. I also told him what happened before I got to camp. When I was done, I heard a knock on the door. I looked at the clock and saw that it was close to dinner. Percy got up and answered. Chiron stood there, along with Sadie, Carter, Walt, Zia, Amos, Bast. Behind them, other people stood. I saw Annabeth, Jason, Thalia, Piper, Leo now awake, Hazel, and Frank.

“Hello, Percy.” Chiron said. “May we come in?”

Percy nodded and opened the door wider. They all walked in, and Percy sat next to me on the bed. Chiron trotted in and turned to us. Percy put an arm around my shoulders.

Everyone sat down wherever they could. Some on the beds, a few on the couches, and the others on the floor. Chiron, Amos, and Bast stayed standing.

“Well,” Chiron said, looking around the room. “Now that we are all here, we need to discuss a few things. As you all know, there are the Greek and Roman gods. But apparently, that is not all. There are also the Egyptian gods.”

I was shocked. And so were everyone else. Except Carter, Sadie, Walt, Zia, Amos, and Bast.

“We also have one of them here.” He turned to Bast. “This is Bast. The cat goddess.”

I looked at her. I saw her eyes and they seemed to have seen a lot. Just like the other gods.

Before anyone could stop him, Leo blurted out, “Do they also have demigod kids?”

Everyone laughed. Especially Bast. Leo turned red. “No.” She replied. “We do not.”

“They also have what they call a Pharaoh-” Chiron continued.

“Is it that guy, Amos?” Leo asked again.

“No, Leo. He is not. He is Chief Lector. The Pharaoh is Carter Kane.” He gestured over to Carter and he stood up.

“I suppose now is a good time to say titles.” Chiron said. “Percy, would you like to go first?”

Percy removed his arm from around my shoulders and stood up. “I am Perseus Jackson. Slayer of medusa, finder of Zeus’ lightning bolt, defeater of Kronos, hero of Olympus, defeater of Gaea.”

Annabeth went next. “Annabeth Chase. Hero and architect of Olympus. Defeater of Gaea.”

They all took turns saying their titles. Then it was Carter’s turn. “I am Carter Kane. Eye of Horus. Defeater of Apophis, leader of the twenty-first nome, Pharaoh of Egypt.”

Sadie stood up. “Sadie Kane. Eye of Isis. defeater of Apophis.”

After that, everyone was silent. “So what do we do now?” Piper asked.

“Well we have a new enemy,” Chiron said. “The gods themselves.”

“What!?” Everyone exclaimed.

Then something hit me on the back of my head. I heard Sadie and Percy call my name. Everything went black.
