Louis pov
Today I'm gonna meet clem and her brother I'm guessing his name is AJ at her house. Its now fall and it's getting chilly so I grabbed my long coat. Me almost walking out the door I here me friend saying "where are you going?" "I'm going to clems place was going to the park with her brother and his friend" I answered."when are going to be back?" Marlon asked again. "Marlon you really ask too many questions," I said. "Fine don't tell me," he said. "I'll be back soon maybe In two hours" after that I closed the door after me and started walking to Clem's house.
Clems pov
"AJ COME ON LOUIS IS GOING TO BE HERE SOON" I yelled at my little brother. "Yelling at me isn't gonna make me go any faster!" AJ said still trying to put on his shirt. "Why can't uncle Kenny just watch me and Tenn?" "because he's at work and mom and dad need ME to take care of you" "well why can't uncle Omid and aunt Christa?" "because they're busy with CJ" (Omid and Christa had a baby).AJ walked out of his bedroom with his favorite disco broccoli T-shirt along with a small jacket. " who's this "Louis" again" he asked. "He's a friend from school and I wanted him to join us" "why?" and just then AJ had an idea popped into his head.
"Do you like him?" AJ teased "why is that any of your business?" I blushed "SO YOU DO LIKE HIM!" "shut up!" I laughed. Someone knocked on the door, maybe it's Louis. I fixed my clothes and put my hat back into place. I opened the door and who stood right in front of me was Tenn and Minnie. "Hi, clem!" said the redhead girl. "Hey Minnie hi Tenn" "Tenn come in," said AJ standing right next to me. Tenn walk into the house and I started talking to Minnie." how have you been?" I asked. "Good, I'm still looking after Violet," Minnie said. "Aw, she still sick?" I questioned."yeah I have to take care of her until she's able to go back to school, this sickness is a living hell for her". "Well tell her I hope she feels better," I told Minnie. " thanks I'll tell her When I get back to her," she said goodbye to Tenn and left. after 3 minutes of watching the boys, I FINALLY hear a knock at the door. "I'll get it!" yelled AJ.
Louis pov
I see a small kid open a door." I'm guessing you're Louis?" I hear the kid say "I'm guessing you're AJ" I say crossing my arms. "AJ go away!" I hear Clem. "What? I'm talking to your "boyfriend" AJ teased. Wow, this kid is kind of a dick.
"AJ cut it out!" clem shooed AJ away from the door." hey Clem" I smiled "Hey Lou". Clem smiled back." I see you met AJ" "yeah.." said rubbing my neck. "Don't mind him." she said, "sometimes he can be the biggest dickhead". Another boy approached the door. "Hey Clem who's he?" said another boy. "Oh yeah, Louis this is Tenn, AJ's friend" "hey I'm Louis" I introduced. "Nice to meet you, Louis," Tenn said in a nice voice. " Clem can we go, please?" said Aj " yeah let's start walking," Clem said grabbing a small bag. Then we all started walking to the park
Time skip!
We arrived at the park. "You guys can go play now," Clem said. "Come on AJ!" said Tenn. The two kids ran off to the playground. "Hey let's go to the swings!" I say running Towards the swings with Clem behind me. We both sat on a swing as Clem put her bag down."Can you push me?" said Clem. "Sure" I shrugged. I went behind her and Started pushing her on the swing. "I'm glad you came here with us," Clem said. "No problem," I said. "I can always Help babysit" "pfft babysit? I thought I was watching another kid" Clem with a smirk. "Hey! That hurts" I said with a laugh and she laughed along." wanna see something cool?" she smirked. "Sure what?" I said still pushing the swing. Then all of a sudden she jumps off The swing and is now 3 feet in the air. My heart stopped at the sight of Clem getting hurt."CLEM NO!". She fell to the ground on her back LAUGHING!."AWESOME" she said still on her back. "Don't scare me like that!" I yell at her "aww were you worried?"Clem teased. I, turning red said " YEAH YOU COULD'VE HURT YOURSELF"." well," said Clem."I'm glad you care about me". She smiled. AJ and Tenn come running towards us."Clem Louis!" yelled Tenn. "Yeah what's up?"
"Can we play a game?" asked AJ. "Sure," said Clem. "What game?". " tag, AJ and Clem VS Louis and I," said Tenn."Ok let's get started". I said with a smirk. Each team was at each end of the playground. Tenn and I were it and whoever was around us was our target. Tenn's target was Clem but when Tenn tried to tag her she dodged him so hard, he ended up falling on the ground. "Tenn, you ok?" Clem said not that far away from him. I guessed that Tenn wanted to be a little dramatic, he said: "MAN DOWN, LOUIS AVENGE ME". Me, listening to Tenn, starts running after Clem. Clem was trying her hardest to get away from me.
"GET AWAY FROM ME" yelled Clem while laughing. I managed to tackle her without hurting her. "AJ HELP ME!" screamed Clementine but AJ did NOTHING. (Like the shitbird he is). It took me a couple tries to get her to stop wrestling me. I didn't notice that I had her pinned on the ground. Our faces turned how pink. There were 10 seconds of silence until AJ finally spoke up.
"Get a room," he said with a smirk
"Shut up shitbird," said Clem as I got off of her. "I think we won." said Tenn. "I think so too," I replied. Me and Tenn high fived. "Ok ok congrats" Clapped Clem. She started to walk back to the swings and picked up her bag." what's in the bag?" I questioned. She pulls out a honey bun, some apple slices, brownies, and cantaloupe. "Snacks!".Tenn, AJ and I start running towards Clem. We all grabbed the snacks. I got the brownies, Tenn got the apples, AJ got the honey bun and Clem got the Cantaloupe. "Ew..," I said. "What?" asked Clem still chewing the cantaloupe. "Did I ever tell you how much I fucking hated cantaloupe? " swear," said AJ. "My bad"
"Why?" asked Clem."I think they're great" "I honestly hate them. I hate when you bite into it and the juice goes everywhere, and sometimes when you bite into it and there are still seeds I also hate the smell". " wow seeing how Much you complain about them, you really hate them. She giggled. All of a sudden we hear her phone ring from her bag. "Oh I have to take this," She said grabbing her phone and walking away not to far.
Clem's pov for a minute
"Hey, Clem," said my dad.
"Hi, dad".
"Where are you guys" he questioned
"AJ and I are with Tenn and Louis".
" Isn't That the boy you greeted me too yesterday?"
"Yeah just wanted to invite him"
"Ok but you guys need to come home soon because the sun is setting and I need you home before the street lights come on"
"Ok just let us drop of Tenn and Louis home"
"Ok," said Dad "see you soon sweet pea"
"Ok love you, dad,"
Then we both hang up
I walk back to the boys they were talking and laughing. "So," said Louis talking to Tenn and AJ. "Me and marlon where near the goal, this guy was desperate to get the goal so he kicked the ball as hard as he could but when I I wasn't looking the ball hit me right in the face. Tenn and AJ laughed."what did you do next?" asked AJ."I cried like a baby." they all laughed and giggled at the small story which made Louis blush. "Guys we have to go". " Awwww," they all said. "But I don't wanna go!" said AJ. "But dad needs us home before the street lights come on, Tenn and Louis need to go home too, we can do this again another time"."ok Then," AJ said. I grabbed my bag and we started walking to Tenn's place first.
*time skip*
Louis's Pov
After we dropped of Tenn.We decided to go to Clem's place next. We were walking to Clem's place and were all laughing and talking like we knew each other for years. We eventually were standing in front of the house. "Bye Louis!" said AJ "bye little dude". I said back. We fist bumped then AJ runs towards the door. "Clem come on!"." give me a minute just go inside". She said looking at me. AJ obeyed her and went inside without her. "It's been awesome hang out with you, AJ and Tenn". I said looking at Clem trying not to break eye contact. " Yeah me too" eventually she got very close to me but we hear a knock at the window. We see her dad ALSO my history teacher Mr. Everett staring right at us.
Clem rolls her eyes and gives me a hug and I hug back. We stopped hugging and said our goodbyes then she waved again before closing the door behind her. I still see her dad near the window then he made the "I'M WATCHING YOU" hand signal. To be honest he scared the piss out of me. Then I hesitantly started walking to me and Marlon's house.
Today was a good day :)
