I wake up to my alarm, surprised that neither Mom or AJ didn't walk me. I slowly crawled out of bed with frizzy hair. I go to the kitchen to see a note from Dad.
Your Mom and I had to leave early, Aunt Katjaa will pick you up. Wake up AJ before she arrives at 7:00. See you at school.

After I read that note I started getting ready. I didn't want to go digging through my closet for today's clothes so I just threw something one.

I woke up AJ afterward and started to make breakfast. While AJ was eating I got a text from Louis.

Louis: you know I'm going to have to talk to Gabe about yesterday, right?
Clem: You don't have to, I can talk to him.
Louis: Nah, If I didn't talk to him I'd be a pussy and besides This is my problem, not yours.
Clem: Ok then but yet again, I'm very sorry about Gabe. He can be a douche sometimes 🙄

When I arrived at school, I was keeping my eye out for Gabe. I was walking through the hallway, I see Clem, Mari, and Gabe...Well, fuck me...

He almost walked away from me but I grabbed his shoulder and spun him around, now facing me. "Why don't you want me near Clementine?". I said crossing my arms. " I want you to stay away from her!". He answered
"Why, what's up with you two?". I kept asking. " NOTHING IS UP". Gabe, with books in his hand, shut his locker door and started to walk away. "Do you like her or something?". I stopped Gabe dead in his tracks. All of a sudden, He dropped his books and swung his fist at me, hitting me in the nose...
Clem's Pov
While Mari and I were talking, Marlon came our way. " Hey Clem, can I talk to you?". I look at Mari, she just shrugged. "I'll catch up with you later Mari". Then I started walking with Marlon. " So we're going for a small camping trip and I was wondering if you would wanna come?". "Sure". I said. " who's coming?". "Um, we have Louis, James, Ruby, Aasim, Violet If she feels better, Omar and Brody". " Brody huh?". I teased as I nudged him slightly. I could see his face turn pink. "Shut up". He smiled scratching his neck. " Don't worry, I bet she likes you too-". I was cut off by a wave of people hitting Marlon and I. As Marlon helped me off the ground, he asked Mitch who was also in the wave of people. "What the fuck is going on?" "These two guys are fighting, dude". Said Mitch holding a phone ready to film it. I felt my stomach drop. I grabbed Marlon by the hand and started a Following the group of People. There was a huge circle near the lockers. Marlon and I had to shuffle our way into the front.
We were both shocked to see who was fighting who. Gabe and Louis. Gabe had a black eye and a busted lip. Louis had a black eye, bloody nose, and cuts on his face. Gabe was on top of Louis Punching him over and over again. Louis fought back and punched Gabe off of him. Marlon was about to jump into the fight but I stop him. Both Gabe and Louis were off the ground. Louis at this point seemed helpless. I could tell the Gabe would go for another swing but before he could hit Louis I stepped in. My face met Gabe's fist. Gabe, Louis and everyone else stood in shock." WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!". I scream at him.
"C-Clem I can explain!". Gabe stuttered. "Please do!". " H-he" Gabe was a stuttering mess. "I have all the time In the world". I said tapping my foot. " Louis attacked me, he was tired of us being Near each other-" "You fucking asshole!" Louis said while being helped by Marlon."Clem, That didn't happen, Please believe me". I was so scatterbrained I didn't know who to trust. "I'm fucking done with this". " Clem come on, I'm taking you and Louis to the nurse". Said Marlon, with Louis around his shoulder. The group of people started taking sides. "It was Gabe's fault". " It was Louis that attacked him". All these stories left and right. It was like I was about to blow up.
At the nurse's office Well, Gabe is in the office, Louis and I are in the nurse. My day is going great so far. louis and I were both sitting in a chair waiting for our turn. My hands on my head and Louis's hand on his side. "Clem?" Said Louis, looking down. "What.." I snapped at him, making him jump. "S-sorry I didn't mean to-". " Don't worry you have the right to do that". He smiled. "What were you gonna ask?" I asked. "You don't have to believe me but can you at least forgive me". He said almost making me feel guilty for whatever reason.
"yeah of course". God damn it, this boy is my weakness. " Did Marlon invite you to the camping trip?". He asked. "Yeah, when is it?" "This weekend". He answered. I thought it would funny to tease him a little. I leaned into his ear. " then let's hope we share the same tent." I whispered. When I back away, I think I broke him.
"Clementine it's your turn". Yelled Ruby [the nurses assistant] who in the other room." Well that my name, by Louis." "Uh huh". He said just looking into space. I giggled and left the waiting room.
