Jaylein pov
We all sat at the dinner table in an awkward silence. Chris just stared down the table at Nick. It's so awkward having all the guys you fucked or is fucking with at the same table.
"So I hope no one is upset that I invited Nick he's part of the family right?" Tiara said smiling and everyone gave him a fake smile except for me and chris. "I invited him before I knew you moved on." She added on. "He said that you been ignoring him or something like that, what's up with that Jay?" She asked me.
"I have a man I didn't think I need to be talking to my ex." I said looking at chris who was just staring at Nick.
"Dang chris you just go stare at me with a mug all night what I do to you?" Nick asked him smiling.
Chris shook his head the chuckled. "You don't want me to say what you did out loud." Chris said with an annoyed tone.
"Mhm ok." Nick said chuckling.
"What he do besides be a good boyfriend to my sister?" Tiara said smiling and I just looked at her.
"Naw chris right lets not reveal the shit." Nick said.
"Excuse me." My grandma said getting up and walking away.
"Me too." My abuela said.
I guess it was to awkward for them. "So Jaylein when you go leave that bum nigga and come back to a real on baby?" He asked me as chris clenched his jaw.
"Nick I thing it's time for you to go." My mom said.
"Naw ma let his bitch ass stay." Chris said with his eyes glued on Nick. "If you such a real nigga why nobody at this damn table know what you did?" Chris asked with more bass in his voice.
"Baby it's ok." I said softly.
"Daddy I gotta pepe." Faith said loudly and Travis picked her up and walked away.
"Naw fuck that if you was a real nigga you wouldn't have done nun of that shit so dis me with that shit nigga." Chris fired at him.
"I'm sorry I'm lost." Tiara said.
"Well if you didn't invite him to cause this drama you wouldn't be." I told her.
"Um no no no honey I invited him to fix-" she started.
"No bitch your ass did this to start shit!" I yelled at her. "This is what yo ass do for attention and now you got it so I should come over there and whoop yo ass-" I yelled.
"Jaylein settle down." My dad said.
"No your daughter has always been jealous of me and wanted to be me that's exactly why she dating my ex and you never know she might be sucking Nick dick on the low!"
"Jaylein!" My dad yelled as I stood up.
"No don't act like I'm the wrong one for putting bitches in they place." I yelled again as I walked out the kitchen. "That bitch can kiss my ass!" I said walking upstairs.
Chris pov
"That bitch can kiss my ass!" I heard Jaylein yell. I sighed then got up to go get her.
"I got it chris." Rich said to me and I sat back down as he stood up.
"Well ma imma leave." Tiara said Standing up grabbing her purse and headed towards the bathroom.
"Nick I think you should too." Ma told him standing up and stared cleaning the table.
"Naw not till I talk to Jaylein." He said shaking his head.
"Man nigga get the fuck out you ain't talking to her, bounce nigga." I told him standing up.
"Chris let's not hope I see yo ass on the streets." Nick said standing up.
"Trust and believe I will nigga." I said as he walked out the kitchen and a few minutes later I heard the door close.
Tiara walked in the kitchen with her family.
"Bye ma." She said waving and Mom just looked at her. She smacked her lips then walked out the kitchen with her family following and left out the door.
"You straight ma?" I asked her.
She chuckled. "I should be asking your hot headed ass that." She said as she finished cleaning off the table. "I'm guessing Jay told you what happened between her and Nick?" She asked me and I sat back down at the table.
"You know?" I asked her confused.
She sighed then sat down next to me. "Not Exactly But thats my daughter so I know her." She said. "She never told me but I know he was abusing her." She said looking down shaking her head.
"How?" I asked her.
"Like I said she's my daughter, she went from having a bubbly personality and always smiling to fake smiling and in her room daily, she became depressed." She said then looking up at me. "She had bruises on her every now and blood on her clothes." She said shaking her head. "I wanted her to tell me but I didn't what her to pressure her and make stuff worse." She said. "She never told me tho." She said. "I know she told you so what did he do?" She asked me.
I shook my head and ran my hands over my face. "It's not something you should hear me tell you." I told her truthfully. "I guess when she ready she'll let you know." I told her shrugging. "But until then I got her." I told her truthfully.
"Promise me you'll treat her better then he did." She said looking in my eyes.
I was never gonna put Jaylein threw what Nick did that's not even an option. "I promise ma." I told her.
She stood up then kissed my cheek. "Now go check on my baby." She told me.
