Chapter Forty: Halloween

Me and chris packed up our stuff and shit getting ready to catch our flight. My parents decided not to come since my mom still feel some type away against Chris.

I feel like shit. My dad is dying and there is nothing I can do. It's just allot of shit going on and I'm not gonna lie it's stressful as hell. Between my discombobulated family, me and Chris relationship and I'm pregnant. Last night I was up just thinking about all that.

The fucked up thing is I really do hate my sister. She's nothing but drama I just feel like if she wasn't here my life would be easier.

Me and chris relationship isn't as good as it use to be. Maybe because it's not like the beginning when we didn't know eachother flaws and now we do. It's like the sex is there, the spark is there too but something is missing. I love him with all of me no matter what.

Maybe me and him just need a vacation or something, just us. At this point of my life I'm happy but yet I'm not and I'm beyond stressed. I thought it was just the fact that I'm pregnant so I'm always cry and shit.

"You ready baby?" Chris asked me as he grabbed my bags.

"Uh Yeah." I told him grabbing my phone off the bed.

He grabbed my hand and we walked downstairs.

"Y'all leaving?" My dad asked us.

I nodded and walked over and hugged him. He kissed my forehead. "Love you daddy." I told him.

"Love you too Babygirl." He said. "See ya later son." He told Chris and they bro hugged. "I'll try to convince your mom about coming down there." He told us and I nodded.

"Where is She?" I asked him and he shrugged his shoulders.

"She left early." He told us. "I'll give her your love." He told me then hugged me again.

"Yo bro what's the plans for tonight?" Trey asked Chris as they played the game.

"Nigga we having a party at the club nigga keep up." Red answered him.

He's back to his normal annoying self. "So you dressing up tonight?" Bernice asked me and I shrugged.

"Ion even know if I'm going out tonight." I told her and she smacked her lips.

"Why babes?" She asked me and I shook my head Nothing.

"But ion know I did order this sexy ass costume from fashion nova in September before I found out I was pregnant." I told her.

"Ou I wanna see." She said winking and I laughed.

"It's a surprise." I told her smiling. "What you dressing up as?" I asked her.

"A mummy." She said. "It will show off my baby bump real good." She said and I smiled.

"Aye baby imma be back." Chris told me as him and the boys grabbed they shit.

"Ight." I said simply.

"Where y'all niggas going?" Bernice spoke up as chris came over and kissed my lips.

"To hell if we don't pray." Chris told her and she smacked her lips.

"Please nigga y'all going anyways." She told them and I laughed.

"Please stay out of trouble." I begged.

I looked at my costume in the mirror and damn I looked good. With the little baby bump and everything. "Bitch you know damn well chris ain't go let yo ass wear that shit." Neicy said to me and I rolled my eyes.
