It wasn't what I was expecting her to do. She took him into a room and started to talk with him but nothing jogged his memory. We stayed at her place while we jumped back over to our side. I look at my computer as the time had barely ticked by while the time we were out, maybe a few seconds. I shake my head and keep typing. "So what did you think of the other side?" I ask and I get an immediate response. "I'm slowly starting to remember but it feels very familiar. I liked it over there. Class is almost over we should pack up. See you later?" He asks and I have a mental cheer in my head while I type back.

"I'm glad, yes see you later." I quickly put my computer away as the bell rings and rush out of my seat. I was in third period correct? Yes, third was math, off to fourth then. I wondered what class he was coming from but didn't bother looking since he could have been on the other side of the school as I walk to my fourth that was nearby.

Fourth period was boring since it was English and I really hated the teacher for his monotone voice that just didn't sound good to my ears when he tried to sound cheerful. And my neighbor next to me drove my insane, Brandon. Ugh I hated him, he switched schools with me on accident and he always wanted to hook up with me but i turned him down. Now that I was single he tried again. Constantly picking on me and taking my stuff, having me fight over it with him just to get it back.

Class finally ended with the bell and I rushed to lunch. My stomach was eating me alive for the past hour and I really needed food. I see Jason walking but stops at the pillar and I walk up to him. "What are you waiting for?" I ask curiously as he turns. "Oh waiting for Kaito, my class is closer so I wait for him. Want to walk with us?" He asks and I smile and nod while we wait for him. I see him and give him a smile as he returns it and we all walk to lunch together.

I stick close to Kaito but not too close to show my interest in him, hoping he doesn't notice. Talking about the YouTube channel as we walk and get to know each other more and more. Lunch passes by quick and I wish I had more time with Kaito to help see if I could jog his memory. He walks with me to my fifth period since his was nearby or at least on the way.

"Thanks for walking me you didn't have to." I thank him and he smiles opening the door for me to the building. "It's a pleasure to talk with you. Well take care." He replies as he heads toward his class and I head to mine. I pull out my computer again and shoot him a text to see if he can talk. I get a reply shortly after and I can't help a smile cross my face. "So want to talk more about the other side and see if you can remember?" I propose and see I have a free day and can't wait to start getting to see if it's Max or not.

"Oh sure thing. What's first?" He asks and I think back and start retracing our first memories. "Well the first time we met was when I was in deaths mansion and you saved me from him. Then also when you saved me from that prison. Then you came into my room from my balcony one night. You've done a lot of things with me." I type out and send and it takes him a while to respond. "I do remember those things but very vaguely, hopefully the full picture comes back to me soon." He replied back and I sit and read before laying back in my chair thinking of what to say.

"I hope so you remind me of someone that I used to know." I type back and wait for him to respond. The notification goes off and I look at my screen. "And you seem very familiar to me." He replied and I smile, growing more and more sure that it really was him. The bell rang and I groaned not wanting to stop talking to him as I pack up my things to head to sixth period. I sling my backpack onto my back and start walking down the path to my next period. I see Kaito in the distance and I jog a bit to catch up, only to see he's joined in hands with his girlfriend and my heart instantly drops. I shake my head of the emotions and feelings clouding it while I followed shortly behind, not wanting them to notice me.

I look at their intertwined fingers and my heart lurches, wanting that to be my hand he was holding onto. My feelings for him grew with every passing second that I spent time with him, whether it was talking in person or in text. I see them part ways as I quickly pass by to go to my class trying to be unseen by either of them, so it didn't look like I was stalking. I knew my place, he had a girlfriend. I couldn't get in between, we're friends. And the thought of Nathan slipped my mind, I was loosing my love for him and grew more in love with Kaito. I'm stuck between them, who will I choose. I think I know the answer to that but I want to see how everything plays out first.
