Chapter 12 : Stupid boys

[ Soohyun’s POV ]

Today, William and I were in charge of the meat for the lunch. He told me to come home earlier, since I was a bit sick.

“Where is William?” Lauren asked when I got in the kitchen.

“He’s in the hospital, he was hit by a car and his head is bleeding a lot! Let’s go, hurry up!”

“How did it happen?” her eyes were filled with tears. The other kids (Emy and Dongho) started to cry too.

“I got you haha!”

They looked up and went back to their works.

“Kevin, can you help me to cut the tomatoes?” Lauren asked him.

“Can I…”

“No into slices!” I knew that she heard me but purposely didn’t reply.

So I went to see Emy and Jun. They were fooling around.

“Jun, stop playing with the food!” she laughed and didn’t want to see me.

“I’ll help you!” Eli said to Emy while pushing me away.

“Jae…” Jaeseop walked towards Dongho.

“What game are you playing?” he asked Dongho even though he wasn’t interested.

Why are they trying to avoid me? Suddenly, the door opened.

“I’m back!” William said raising the bags in his hands.

The kids pushed me away again and went to hug William.

“Did I miss you that much?” William smiled to them.

“Soohyun, are you…”

At least, he does care about me but the kids pulled him away before he could discuss with me. When they finished preparing the meal, I sat next to William. All of them have shifted to another table including William. They ate greedily and laughed together while I was boiling myself a bowl of ramyun…

At the end of the day they forgave me but I had to prepare the dinner alone for everyone. We have planned to go to the swimming pool, so everybody has left after eating to prepare themselves.

{ At the swimming pool }

Except me, Jun and Dongho, the other boys were shirtless. What are these weird people who come from America?! Then the girls arrived, they withdrew their swimsuit cover up and our jaws dropped (except William of course). No, you can’t look, they are your students! Are you crazy to fantasize about them?! So I covered my eyes with my hands and swam away.

[ Eli’s POV ]

“Let’s play a game!” Jaeseop exclaimed.

“I don’t know how to swim…” Jun complained shyly.

“I can teach you,” Emy smiled at him.

“It’s okay, play with them, I’ll teach him!”

“Thanks, you’re so nice!” (I know, I know) I smirked.

The others were playing water polo while I was “teaching” this incompetent how to swim.

“First, you have to put your head in the water,” I pushed his head as strongly as possible.

“I am out of my depths!!!” he made himself a fool of with his 6ft 1 and everybody laughed.

“Who’s on her periods?” William asked while showing a blood stain in the water with disgust.

Lauren and Emy hit him for saying something that stupid and stopped when they saw Dongho. He was nose bleeding (because the girls were wearing bikinis).
