(Y/n)'s POV
I yawned as I woke from my short well deserved nap and began to stretch, only to accidentally hit Dotsuku in the face. "Well welcome back to the world of the living" He said while chuckling. "Oh my to be greeted by such a handsome face, I'm feeling very welcomed~" I flirted in response to who joke. This caused his face to heat up and make him grumble something before I felt the limo suddenly stop. "We must be here..." I muttered as I sat up and prepared to hop out of the limo. We were escorted into a luxurious hotel like building and into an elevator heading straight to the 17th floor. When we arrived I noticed the hallways were dimly lit and there was one open room with light flooding in from said room. We enter the room only to see Duodecuple sitting down on a couch in front of a glass table. "Welcome Warrior Dotsuku and Warrior (Y/n). Please have a seat." He says gesturing to the couches across from him. We cautiously sit down and I pour out onto the table all 10 of the poison gems we collected. Two men came in holding pills and gave one to me and Dotsuku. I instantly popped it into my mouth to quickly swallow it so the antidote can start working. I looked over and noticed Dotsuku also took his pill? I let out a confused hum and he sheepishly shrugged. "Better safe than sorry right?" He asks. 'Fair enough' I thought as I look over to Duodecuple. "Well congratulations on winning the 12th Juuni Taisen Warrior Dotsuku and Warrior (Y/n)!" Duodecuple shouts, causing us to jump a bit as he started making large gestures with his arms. "Everybody, clap your hands!" He shouts again and begins to clap. We sat still awkwardly as the man clapped loudly before stopping. "The antidote should be working now so you can rest easy." Duodecuple explained noticing my nervousness. Hearing this caused me to let out a sigh of relief knowing I'll be fine. "Now I will admit, watching you two was spectacular. Going from fighting one another, to working together, and to everyone's surprise, falling in love! None of us could expect love to blossom in the battle field." He says with amusement in his tone. "Us?" I question out loud. "Oh yes there are other spectators that place bids on each warrior and for a while it looked like everyone was placing bets on the Ox and Rabbit, but I never took my bet off of you two." He explained leaning slightly closer to us. 'So this was just some sick game to you people..' I thought bitterly thinking of the lives that were lost through the battle, especially Monkey. "If you don't mind I would like to ask you two a couple of questions if you don't mind." He says leaning back into his chair. I looked over to Dotsuku who only looked at me and nodded. "Sure what would you like to know?" I ask. "Well the first question is actually for you (Y/n). What exactly made you want to work with Dotsuku?" He asked. "Oh! Well he was a lot better than me at close combat and I thought it would be a good combo for us to survive this Juuni Taisen. I honestly didn't expect to fall in love with this handsome man here~" I said teasing Dotsuku and rubbing one of his ears. This caused him to let out a soft groan and caused Duodecuple to chuckle. "Ah very well. Now for you Dotsuku, did you ever think of betraying (Y/n) for the win?" He asks with amusement in his tone. Dotsuku let out a growl before calming down to answer. "I never could have thought about doing that. At first I simply thought one less person to kill we be great especially with abilities like hers, but eventually uh... something else took priority that made me want to protect her so we can get out together..." He mutters shyly as his face heats up again. Him having pale skin is not working out in his favor at all. I giggle at his statement and give his hand a reassuring squeeze. "Ah yes, love is a passionate emotion. Such an emotion can lead many to self destruction in life or ruin the future by throwing caution to the wind. But not for you two. You both cooperated and thought rationally on how to win the game." He complimented? I think? "Oh well I can't say I didn't offer to sacrifice myself so that Dotsuku could win..." I admit sadly, only for Dotsuku to wrap an arm around me and pull me in tightly with a smug grin. "Yeah but I wouldn't let you do that no matter what." He says with a cocky tone. I blushed at this and cuddled a little closer to him to attempt to hid my face from him. "But honestly we should be thanking Sheep. If it wasn't for his bomb, we wouldn't have found a way to survive the game. If we hadn't found that bomb and Ox was killed by Rabbit, we would be screwed big time." I explain with a few hand gestures here and there. Dotsuku nodded knowing the odds would be completely against us. "Well that should be all for the interview. So now onto your prizes." Duodecuple says as he leans forward, eager to see what we would wish for. I nudge for Dotsuku to go first and sure enough he did. "I want to wish for security for my daughter." He said with confidence in his tone. Duodecuple let out a hum before speaking. "And you are sure you want this?" He asks to verify, only to earn a curt nod from Dotsuku. With that, Duodecuple snapped his fingers and we began to look around to see if anything happened in the room. Duodecuple started to laugh suddenly, causing us to jump. "Oh the thing you'll be looking for is already at your house so don't worry" He explains. "And for you miss (Y/n)?" He asks. I close my eyes and take a few breaths before speaking. "I wish for Monkey to be alive. And not just making a copy from who knows where. I want the one who was in this game. Right before her death I want her to be saved and brought here!" I say with confidence. "How descriptive, it's almost like you think you're making a wish with a genie." He says while chuckling. Sure enough he snapped his fingers and there was a strange sound coming from behind our couch. I instantly turned around to see Monkey in some sort of attacking position. She was nervously scanning the area until her eyes landed on me and my giant smile. "Chicken? Where am I what's happening?" She asks quickly as she starts to look around. I quick lunge over to give Monkey the tightest hug I could. "My wish really came true!" I cheer with tears in my eyes. "Your... wish? Wait the game is over?" She asks as she looks over to the table. Sure enough all of the gems were there. "Don't tell me you... wasted you're wish on me?" She asked with a gentle smile on her face. I quickly nodded before releasing her. "It's not fair for the world to lose someone as amazing as you. We need more people like you in the world." I said with delight evident in my tone. She pulls me into a tight hug quickly and let out a deep sigh. "Thank you so much, you didn't need to do this but yet you did. I will be in your debt forever." She says with tears in her eyes. "Think of it as a favor from friends! Oh and my name is actually (Y/n)(L/n)." I say. "My real name is Misaki Yuuki. It's a pleasure to officially meet you (Y/n)!" she says with joy in her tone. "Well you can all make your way home now. We have two limos that will drive you back to your residence." Duodecuple says gesturing to the door. We quickly made our way down and out of the building to embrace the cool air of the morning. "Well (Y/n) here you go." Misaki said as she handed me a card. I looked over the card and sure enough it was her number. "If you ever need anything please let me know." She says as she approaches the limo that will be taking her home. "Thanks and you too! We will always be here for you, right Dotsuku?" I say to him. He seemed to be completely zoned out, earning a nudge from me. He jumped at the sudden action before nodding. "Yeah if you need anything we are here." He mumbled while rubbing his side. She hopped into the limo and soon enough it departed. Dotsuku opened the door and did a fancy little bow. "After you." He gestures with his hands while holding a deep tone in his voice. "Why thank you my good sir~" I say in a fake regal tone. We both laughed as soon as we got into the limo. Dotsuku was sitting across from me and was leaned back relaxing. I let out a soft yawn, in which Dotsuku seemed to notice. He rotated his body so he was laying on the chair and opened his arms out to me. He was looking away and blushing signally me to come lay on him, how cute~. I quickly made my way over and laid on him and let out a content sigh as I bury my face in the crook of his neck. "Hey Dotsuku?" I ask. He seemed to mumble something. I let out a confused hum before he speaks up. "Tsukui Michio..." He says. "Who's that?" I ask oblivious to what he was saying. "That's my real name if... if you want to call me by that." He says looking away yet again. "Aww of course I'll go you Tsuku~" I said rubbing his ears. This earned a groan of... something from him. "I suggest you don't rub my ears here. Save it for my room." He says with a devilish smirk. My face heated up as I quickly retracted my hand. "A-Anyways do you think that they will stop at my place first before we go to yours?" I ask nervously. "Probably so. If we do, don't worry I'll be there with you all the way." He says rubbing small circles on my back. His comfort helped calm me down to were I drifted off to sleep.
