"ok I know how that looks, but i promise you, that's not what happened." Luke starts to explain, the picture showing on the screen is taken at an angle and all you can see is Luke's back and half of Michael. the part everyone is going crazy over is the back that Luke's hands are on Michael's face and from the angle it looks like they are kissing.

"and for everyone's information, nothing ever happened between Michael and I."

"we were all on the Ferris wheel and when Luke and i were at the top the ride broke down. i have had a fear of being stuck on the top of a ride since we were kids and were stuck on one for two hours. I was on the verge of a panic attack so Luke was trying to calm me down. " Michael explains, much to Luke's surprise. Ashton looks at his friend in confusion. when they had gotten off the ride he seamed no different than usual, maybe just a bit shaken up. but Ashton just thought that was because of what happened before that.

"awe, I hoped you had actually finally gotten a boyfriend." Cole whines. Ashton, Sky and Raine had known Michael and Cole knew each other they just didn't know to what extent.

"ya well, sorry to burst your bubble" Luke all but growls out, earning him a discrete stomp on his toes from Ricky.

"So American Love Affair, how is your first world tour going?"Cole turns his attention to the other band now.

"It's great! were on a tour around the world with two of our favorite bands! what could make it better?" Calum exclaims.

"and if i remember correctly, two of you are from Australia and the others from California? how did you meet?"

"So Luke and I are from Australia, obviously. the year Michael left to tour, i moved to their school and Luke and I became friends. I had heard around school that Luke had used to put up covers on you tube." Michael looks up confused at that. used to? he stopped?

"when we became friends i brought it up and he said he had lost interest after his friend and guitarist left. but i got him to give it another go and one thing led to another and we found ourselves with quite a following. we had become friends online with Ricky and Sammy a year later and then when we graduated High school, Luke and i decided to take a trip to California. while we were there we got in touch and met up. then we just decided to make one band and the rest is history." Calum explains how their band came to be.

"so is that where the band name came from?" Cole asks.

"you know you're actually the first one to actually assume correctly." Sammy laughs.

"we like to joke that Luke and Calum came to america and had a quote on quote, 'love affair with some Americans. but the truth is that we came up with it because they are from Aus and were from Cali." Rickey tells him.

"so you guys have an EP out, any news on an Album yet?" the four of them shake their heads.

"no not yet. were still struggling to find inspiration for our songs so.." Luke trails off.

"well i'm sure these guys will tell you, touring is the best way to get inspiration."

"ya they have. and both of them have actually helped a lot in that aspect, we know there will be a lot of songs that are co written with them."

"any collaborations?" he smiles.

"nah. at least not yet. maybe in the future" Michael jokes, making it pretty obvious he doesn't want to collab with them.

"well, guys, were almost out of time, you are both going to play a song for us before you go right?" they all nod, standing up and each shaking his hand before walking back stage to get ready.

"did something happen between Michael and Cole?" Luke finds himself pulling Ashton aside to ask, a weird feeling in his stomach. Ashton look at him confused but shakes his head.

"not that i know of why?"

"nothing. it's just. He seemed very forward with him." Luke shrugs and walks off, leaving Ashton with more questions than answers.

"Hey guys! were back we didn't leave" Michael jokes when they come back out on stage.

"this song is a new one, we hope you know the words. this is 'You Suck at Love."

"Hey guys, so this is a song we've been working on, its not one hundred percent but we wanted to play something different than what we do on tour, so this is 'Story Of Another Us'

"Thank you so much for having us were American Love Affair, goodnight" Luke calls and soon they are following right after 5MTM. The four of them are on a high after performing but Luke's falls as soon as he sees the scene in front if him. He stops in his tracks causing Calum to plow right into him.

"man what the heck?" he pouts at his friend but gets confused when Luke isn't even paying attention.

"come on Michael when are you going to take me up on my offer? it still stands you know?" They hear Cole speak to Michael as he swings his arm around him. Luke feels his blood boil at the action when Michael doesn't pull away.

"what the hell, he cant just say that"

"say what?" Calum looks at his obviously distraught friend.

"that! he's obviously making a move on Michael, and hes letting him."

"dude, did you forget, they are friends."

"ya but, do you see the way he's looking at him? the way he was looking at him during the interview?" Calum gapes at his friend for a moment then smirks.

"you're jealous."

"Like hell i am, i just care about Michael is all and this Cole guy gives me bad vibes"

"Luke," Calum spins his friend to face him.

"Do you really think you would be acting like this if he was focusing on anyone other than Michael?" Luke is at a loss for words. and he opens and closes his mouth in a search for the right thing to say.

"admit it, your jealous."

"how could i be?" Luke glares, desperate for it to not be true, he doesn't even want to imagine the repercussions if it was.

"Look, Lukey, you obviously have feelings that are different than just friend feelings for Michael. weather or not you realize that is irrelevant. But look, you haven't seen him in 6 years, 6 years Luke. That's a long time. I think you were too young to actually realize you had feelings for him when you were kids, but now that he's back and you are actually witnessing someone else flirt with him, i think your mind is on overdrive." he says sympathetically.

"i think i need to go lay down" Luke mutters, pulling on his hair. Calum nods and he walks back with Luke to the rest of their friends. Luke walks like a zombie back to their car and the whole ride back to their hotel.
