I've always been the one in the corner
Satisfied with the company my books had to offer
Happy being unnoticed and invisible
But then I saw you, dancing.
Your hands making music of their own
Your body swaying sensuously to the rhythm of your music
The thin fabric of your shirt clinging to your body
Your gentle, swift movements carrying you forward
The slightly wet hair shrugging their sweat off
But still joining in your grace
Everyone was watching you
You were their centre of attention
And at that moment I wished I could be like you
I wished people would appreciate me
Even if it was for a trivial thing
Because then you'd notice me too.
Maybe then I could be your centre of attention
Maybe then we could have a chance together.
Maybe then things would have been different.

A/N I don't think it's good enough. But what's new.. I always think that..
Soo tell me whether you liked it or not and if you could relate to it in any way..

Anshara.❤
