CHAPTER ONE timor point
Timor Point was like any other mediocre town, it's streets normal, it's school average. The only weird or slightly unique detail about the town was it's name, Timor being the Latin word for 'fear'.
Although the people in the town didn't seem to care enough to pay attention to it, it was still quite a strange occurrence. The only 'fearful' thing about Timor Point was it's schools average student grades.
Yet something big was coming to Timor Point, something even worse than 'fearful'. It was more like something dreadful...

Lockers slamming around her brought a zoned out Naomi Irvin back to the present. Her forest like eyes studied her surroundings and once she realised she was still in school, she sighed quietly to herself.
Naomi didn't just dislike school, she loathed it. In her opinion it was a black hole of over-achievers and under-achievers. However Naomi wasn't 'dumb' in fact quite the opposite, she just didn't care enough to put in the extra effort.
You see Naomi was what you would call 'quietly curious'. She didn't go out of her way to seek adventure or grasp approval but if a problem occurred she would happily stop what she was doing and focus just solely on that.
Naomi's best and only friend Kennedy Ray Walsh stood next to her silently debating whether or not to go over and stop the bullying that was happening a few metres away from them.
Kennedy was a kind soul, a strong soul. If you didn't see her around school you would certainly hear her. She was an ace in things like English and debating.
The bullying that was going on a few metres away sadly wasn't a new thing. The students of Timor Point High would see Finnley Robertson bully poor James Everett daily. Like in every bully story there was no reason for Finnley to be so cruel as James was as confident as he was loyal, but alas the world was cruel.
Finnley was accompanied with his 'best friend' Cameron Mort, who was hard to decipher. Mainly because of the fact that he had the personality of a raisin and was 100% a follower and not a leader. Naomi and Kennedy both wondered if Cameron had ever made any thoughts of his own.
"Honestly Naomi, what is the point in that? You know, Finnley must have serious problems". Exclaimed Kennedy shaking her head in disgust, her brown curls dancing own her shoulders.
