david and i are at josh's house to film a mukbang with him

when we get there, i see a bunch of halloween candy, making my stomach turn

don't get me wrong, i like candy, it's just that some of this stuff is way too sweet for me

david sits in the middle, i sit to his left and josh sits to his right

"so today as you might be able to see, we are doing a halloween candy mukbang" josh says, looking at the camera

i smile at the camera, nodding, as david glances down at the candy with an unreadable expression

"let's try this ghost snickers bar first" josh says, distributing them out

i look at the packaging before opening it and taking a small bite

i cringe "this is so sweet"

josh nods, laughing

when i look at david, i realize he hasn't even opened it

instead, he is staring at the back of the packaging, reading the nutrition facts

i take the bar out of his hands, not letting him read it anymore

he gives me a confused look, as i just smile in return, offering him the rest of mine to try

he smiles, taking a bite where i took my bite, chewing slowly

"this is pretty good" he says before swallowing his bite and setting it in the trash pile that i located out of the camera view

"next are my favorite, which are the reese's pumpkins" josh says, handing them out again

i smile excitedly "these are my favorite too"

"says the girl who thinks a snickers bar is too sweet" josh says, playfully

i shrug, laughing as i rip open the packaging, taking a bite of the delicious candy

i finish it in one more bite before looking at david who is reading the packaging again

i gently take it from his hands, opening it for him, before handing it back to him

"having trouble opening it, davie?"

"oh uh yeah" he says, with rosy cheeks before taking a small bite

"it's really good" he says with almost no feeling whatsoever 

i glance at josh, seeing him worriedly looking at david

"can i steal david for a second before we continue this video?" i ask

"oh, yeah, yeah, sure" josh says, getting up to turn the camera off to save battery

i take david's hand, leading him to the backyard where josh won't hear us nor see us

i look up at david, seeing him looking at the ground
