Error sat on the edge of a cliff, feet dangling lifelessly as he stared up at the stars. shooting meteors shot across the sky among billions of billions of bright, shining stars. they were almost as beautiful as the hearts. almost.

he had come across this place when he wished for somewhere to relax, somewhere where the voice couldn't reach him.

he chuckled to himself.

how weird.

the destroyer of worlds amazed my something so simple.

but in his eyes, stars were so much more complex as some monsters let on.

supernovas collapsing in on each other and planets formed from just dust and gas.

black holes sucking everything in and not letting anything out. not even light.

anything that disagrees with him should be dusted. and he keeps to that rule.

you insult stars, you insult him.

you insult him, you die.

painfully

ink was thinking of a plan. a plan that resulted in a happy error and a not dead ink. he was walking around in circles, muttering to himself about various outcomes.

he walked over to a rough wooden, paint covered desk and took out a pencil and a piece of paper.

see, ink had nowhere to live and he didnt really want to bother his creations. I mean what would he say? that he was their god and he wants to bunk with a stranger. no. absolutely not.

so the obvious solution was to make his own AU and build a house!

...

wait...

a new AU.

a trap  AU...

he flung himself up out of his chair, jamp in the air and screamed "AHAH! I GOT IT! I KNOW WHAT TO DO!" he grinned and fist-bumped the air. "I'll make a new AU, lure error there, knock him out and capture him!

he was very proud of himself.

...

lure him in with what?

ink hadn't thought of that

so he started to think

started to think back to their first encounter of many.

tried to think back through all the scars and grimaces.

"I only wanted a heart..." he thought (or said) to himself.

"by a heart, did he mean a soul?" he sat back down on his chair and wined "but there are all kinds of souls...

he would never mention this out loud, but he didn't have a very good understanding of souls. all he knew was that a monsters framework and physique was based around their soul.

without a soul, a monster would dust...

if the monster lost all of their HP there soul would shatter.

but a soul can only exist outside a monster's body for a limited period of time before the monster dust.

nothing added up.

"oh no"

error said he wanted a soul, as in to keep it for himself.

ink felt his hands to shake as he thought of one possible answer

"if he's keeping the soul of a monster, he has to have the monster with him"

he got up as fast as he could and bolted through the portal at lightning speed

he ran everywhere but could not find an error, nor a monster.

he felt a barrage of power crushing down on him from above. he winced and looked up.

rows upon rows of human souls dangled from the sky. blue cables tied around each and every one. they seemed to be screaming out for help. for someone to save them.

Ink felt tears prick the corners of his sockets. he also felt a hum of abnormal power coming from behind him.

"W̸h̸a̵T̷ ̸D̶0̶u̴ ̴y̶0̸u̸ ̸t̵H̵i̸n̴K̶ ̶Y̷0̸u̵R̵ ̷D̵0̴i̶N̶g̵ ̴h̴E̴r̴E̵!̵?̸" yelled a very angry sounding anomaly
