After Archie's arrest and Labour Day Weekend, Aviana, the Gang and the Serpents face conflict with each other and individually.
The rocky ride of Aviana and Sweet Pea's relationship gets even rockier as they battle out the forever existing Southside...
Aviana threw her Pops apron onto the counter, huffing while Veronica poured Coffee and Keller, Andrews and FP sat before them.
"Scouts a phone with the Warden at the juvenile hall, says Archie's been Processed and he's okay," said Fred Andrews.
"Thank god," spoke Aviana
"Yeah. They got a line up of those three thugs that gave false testimony's,"
"The Sheriff is with the Sheriff over at Shadow County and they found remains of a camp fire in the deep woods," spoke Keller.
"Archie's in jail and these critters are basically camping," said Veronica sounding very annoyed.
"Yeah well not for long, we'll make damn sure of that," spoke FP.
"Meanwhile me and Aviana will keep the home fires burning at Riverdale high," Aviana nodded "so everyone knows that my Archiekins will be back in time for homecoming and everything will be just has he left it," smiled Veronica.
The conversation had ended and Aviana and Veronica continued to take orders.
"Avi!" Said FP "Yeah Dad?" "I'm going but I'll see you back at the trailer?" He Asked while side hugging his daughter. "Yeah, bye Dad. I love you," "I love you too Sweetheart," FP kisses her forehead and left the diner leaving his eldest daughter to work her ass off.
~~~ "Diltons Dead? Asked Betty
Jughead, Aviana and Betty sat in the blue and gold. They had called Betty for an emergency.
"Yeah and Ben from the drive in is barley hanging on. The doctors don't know when or if he is going to wake up. Sheriff Minetta told me to keep the whole thing hush for the family's sake but Betty what me and Avi saw," said Jughead going silent.
"What Jug?"
"It was like a ritual sight. Their lips were blue, there was these chalices that were filled with poison or something, animal bones were in a circle. The tree had marking on it. A winged totem with a skull and branches," he explain
"So was it a murder?or a suicide pact gone wrong?" Asked Betty
"I have no idea. But I cannot get involved with this. You two can go all Nancy Drew on this but I can't not now. But we saw Ben and Dilton. They were playing this weird game at Pops. Dilton was Rabin about something called the Gargoyle King," said Aviana
"I was thinking now that Aviana isn't getting involved which is a good choice," he said hugging his sister "maybe you and I, Betty could investigate this together for old times sake? Or until we catch a lead in Archie case,"
The couple moved closer together while Aviana tried to get out of the room undetected, Jughead laughed. "Do you business guys I don't wanna see it," Aviana laughed leaving her brother and Betty.
~~~ Aviana was putting her new books into her locker when Sweet Pea and Fangs approached her.
"How's the first day of school going Avi? Asked Fangs. "Stressed already. Guys. Jugheads already investigating," she laughed "oh Sweet Pea, I've got your favourite an energy drink, and for you Fangs one too," she smiled.
"And that's why your our favourite Jones," smiled Sweet Pea.
The three walked to class, Sweet Pea pulling Aviana by the waist and smiling at the girl. He kept falling for her e v e r y t i m e.
~~~ Reggie, Veronica and Aviana all visited Archie, delivering a present for him.
"You really didn't have to get me anything guys," Archie smiled while opening the box of trainers.
"Nonsense, Reggie helped us pick them out," smiled Veronica.
"They are great guys,"
"The Serpents chopped in too, we are all here for you Arch," smiled Aviana.
"It sucks, you could of worn those fresh kicks to the prep rally," laughed Reggie.
"Yeah. How are the dogs doing Reg?" Asked Archie "Course Clayton's running out asses off. Varsity squad is going to be tough to beat this year especially with moose hankering the line he does it as a straight beast. But we are missing our star running back. We need you back in the field bro," sulked Reggie.
~~~~ Veronica had organised a Pep rally for the football game, Archie was having in Juvenile.
It was like it was planned. The whole plan crashed down when the field was ambushed by guards.
The girls watched as Archie was punching guards left right and centre even while he was being hit.
Veronica was panicking. "Let go of him," she screamed while banging on the fence.
Cheryl, Josie and Aviana has to pull her away as she cried for Archie.
They watched at Archie was being beaten. Both Veronica and Aviana noticed Hiram Lodge. The devil himself. He had done this, like he hadn't done enough.
~~~ Veronica and Aviana, tied each other's aprons while Cheryl sat and drank a milkshake.
"It will never end with him, will it?" "Daddy dearest you mean?" Asked Cheryl.
"He's obsessed with keeping me and Archie apart. I can't even go visit him anymore. Apparently he put my name on a do not admit list,"
"So get a new name," said Cheryl. "What," Asked Aviana "get a new name how does that work?"
"Before leaving on my iconic trip to California with Toni. Reggie got us fake ids so we could get into the viper room. I'm sure he could hook you up too,"
Cheryl are her Cherry from her milkshake while Veronica and Aviana smiled at each other.
