Bipper and Will walked into the main room everyone stopped what they were doing and just stared. They thought Bipper had found enough people but apparently he didn't. The second Cipher walked in and looked to be uncomfortable because of all the stares.
Frisk: ~whispers~ Who is that?
Wirt: ~whispers~ I don't know!
Morty: ~whispers~ I'm going to say hi!
Finn: ~whispers~ He looks like he likes the color blue too!
Mabel: ~yells~ Why do you look like Bill?
Will: w-well I-I- h-he h-he's my-
Bipper: Brother!
Will: ~nods~
Morty: Great another Cipher!
Will: b-but I ~starts crying uncontrollably~
Bipper: SERIOUSLY MORTY! YOU'LL PAY FOR THAT!
Mabel: Oh no!
Wirt: Not again!
Bipper gets really mad and starts chasing after Morty trying to kill him!
Bipper: GET OVER HERE YOU STUPID MEAT SACK!!!!!!!
Morty: Someone help me!
Will: Bill c-calm DOWN
In the heat of the moment Will uses his own powers on Bill. He stopped him and calms him down!
Bipper: MORTY WHEN I GET MT HANDS ON TOU IM GONNA DISASSEMBLE YOUR MOLECULES!!!!!!
Will: shhhh it's okay calm yourself!
Bipper: B-BUT H-
Will: Calm down
Bipper: Fine
Wirt: Geez can you go one day without turning the ground into lava, and setting the mansion on fire!!!!
Bipper: Hehe nope!
Will: Now that that's settled I should probably introduce myself, my name is, Will Cipher!
Everyone expect Bipper and Morty: Hi nice to meet you!
Will: Nice to meet you too!
