Connor's POV.

I pushed my ear against the wall so did Ricky.

What the hell is going on.

Anhi's pov

i layed on the bed as my aunt started to yell at me.Why was she even yelling at me? I got jumped for fucks sakes!

"DO you know how much this fucking bill is going to cost us?!!?!?!" she yelled.

I had enough of her bullshit. She should cared for me. Shes my aunt! My mother was always loving to me and my cousin. How is this woman even related to my mother!?

My 18th birthday was in a month so why not?

I looked her stright in the eyes.

"I GOT JUMPED! Im sorry if this is going to waste your fucking money but I didn't fucking plan this! Your sluty daughter over there probably planed this with her no good friends!!! So I fucking apologize that you and your daughter hate me. But I'm so done with your bullshit.!" I yelled causing my heart rate to speed up.

I looked at that woman who meant nothing to me anymore. She was furious.

She walked up to me and put her face near mine. She slapped me twice.

" You do not speak to me like that, you Brat! And to make sure of that, I am done. You will not live with us anymore . I will pay this bill and that it, your done. You can come and pick up your things. Then you will live on your own . " she said.

With that said, she walked out.

Tears formed in my eyes.

Not because that bitched walked out because she slapped me really hard.

That was it. She's gone.

Ricky and Connor came rushing in.

"What happened?" they both asked.

" She kicked me out. Oh well. It was hell with her. ", I said.

Ricky's eyes lite up.

" You can come live with us! " he said.

I smiled.

"really?"I asked.

" we've been best friends for ever . Of course." he said .

" Thank you so much Ricky.! " I said.

He walked over and gave me a hug.

Connor smiled. I motioned him to come over here.

He walked slowly.

"yes?" he asked.

I looked over at Ricky.

"Can I talk to Connor alone ?" I asked.

"sure , Ima go get Starbucks you want any? " he asked.

"No thanks Ricky " I smiled .

He nodded and walked out.

I looked over to Connor .

He smiled. " your gonna live with us! "

I giggled " yeah"

"Anhi ?" he asked.

"hmm?" I said.

"Can I ask you something?," he said playing with his fingers.

"Sure" I answered

"since your gonna live with us, I figure I could show you around. " he smiled.

I sat up and tried to stand up.I ended up falling into Connors arms.

" take it easy Anhi ." he said worried.

I stood up straight .

"I got it. Thanks " I said.

He smiled .

I broke down. Just started to cry.

I gave him a hug but he was mostly trying to hold me up. "Thank you. If you weren't there I would have died. Thank you so much." I sobbed into his chest.

He hugged me tightly.

oh god. its been so long since I had a real hug.

"Anhi , it's okay and your welcome " he said then kissed my head.

God I think I'm falling for this kid.
